Description
Claims (7)
- 펠티에효과에 의해 온도 조절하는 서모ㆍ모듈을 구비한 열공급 장치에 의해 액조 내의 액의 온도 조절을 행하는 항온액조에 있어서:상기 액을 저류하는 외부조;상기 외부조의 내부에 틈을 통해서 설치되어 측벽에 외부조로부터 액이 유입되는 유로를 가짐과 아울러, 저부의 중앙에 구멍을 갖는 내부조; 및상기 외부조와 내부조 사이의 저부 중앙에 배치된 회전날개에 의해 내부조의 저부의 구멍으로부터 유입된 액을 내ㆍ외부조의 측벽 사이를 통과해서 그 위쪽으로 인도하는 교반기를 구비하고;상기 열공급 장치에 있어서의 서모ㆍ모듈을 상기 외부조의 측벽 외면에 장착하고, 액체 온도를 검지하는 온도 센서의 출력에 근거해서 내ㆍ외부조 사이를 흐르는 액을 설정된 온도로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온액조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내부조의 측벽의 유로가 모든 둘레에 걸쳐서 개구한 다수의 통공에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온액조.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 통공이 내부조의 측벽의 높이 방향으로 복수단 있는 것을 특징으로 하 는 항온액조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 내부조의 측벽의 유로가 상기 외부조의 측벽보다 낮게 형성된 내부조 꼭대기 부분의 오버플로 가장자리 상에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온액조.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 내부조의 측벽의 유로가 상기 서모ㆍ모듈에 대면하는 부분 또는 그 상부에 치우치게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온액조.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 외부조와 상기 내부조가 원통형으로 동심원상에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온액조.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 외부조가 다각형상, 상기 내부조가 원통형이며, 상기 외부조의 중심에 외ㆍ내부조가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온액조.
