Abstract
Description
a) 1종 이상의 3가 금속 원소, 4가 금속 원소 및 2가 금속 원소의 산화물들을 포함하는 30 중량% 이상(담체 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 함)의 합성 분해(cracking) 성분으로서, 1㎛ 이하의 평균 직경 및 스택(stack) 당 20개 이하의 소판의 평균 스태킹 정도를 갖는 기초 클레이 소판(elemental clay platelet)을 포함하고/포함하거나, 60% 미만의 사포나이트 함량 CA를 갖는 코겔[코겔 중에 함유되는 나트륨 및 칼륨의 전체량은 1 중량% 미만(코겔의 전체 중량을 기준으로 함)의 양임]을 포함하는 합성 분해 성분; 및
표면적 563㎡/g

Claims (8)
- 담체 조성물에 있어서,(a) 1종 이상의 3가 금속 원소, 4가 금속 원소 및 2가 금속 원소의 산화물들을 포함하고 담체 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 40 중량% 이상의 합성 분해 성분, 및(b) 단위 셀 크기가 24.20Å 내지 24.35Å이고 담체 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 1 중량% 내지 25 중량%의 제올라이트 Y를 포함하고,상기 분해 성분은 1㎛ 이하의 평균 직경 및 스택 당 20개 이하의 소판의 평균 스태킹도를 갖는 기초 클레이 소판 및 60% 미만의 사포나이트 함량 CA를 갖는 코겔을 적어도 하나 포함하며,나트륨과 칼륨의 전체량(금속으로 계산함)은 코겔의 전체 중량을 기준으로 1 중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 담체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,클레이 소판이 형성되는 클레이는 사포나이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 담체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 코겔이 알루미늄, 실리콘 및 마그네슘의 산화물들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 담체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 담체 조성물은 비정질 담체 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 담체 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 비정질 담체 물질은 알루미나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 담체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 따른 담체 조성물; 및 ⅥB족 금속 성분, Ⅷ족 금속 성분 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 수소화 금속 성분을 포함하는 촉매.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 수소화 금속 성분은 텅스텐과 니켈 성분들의 배합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 중질의 공급 원료를 중간 증류물로 전환시키는 방법으로서,제 6 항 또는 제 7 항의 촉매의 존재하에 250~500℃ 온도 및 0~300bar 압력에서 수소와 공급 원료를 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
