Claims (9)
- 수평균분자량이 1000 내지 6000이고, 수산가가 40 내지 80이며, 산가가 5 내지 15인 저분자량 폴리에스테르 수지 5 내지 30 중량%;수평균분자량이 8000 내지 15000이고, 수산가가 5 내지 20이며, 산가가 1 내지 10인 고분자량 선형 폴리에스테르 수지 10 내지 35 중량%;이산화티타늄 45 내지 55 중량%;고비점 용제 10 내지 35 중량%;메틸레이티드 멜라민 경화제 2 내지 10 중량%;술폰산계 경화 촉매 0.01 내지 1 중량%; 및평활제, 소포제, 블로킹방지제 및 분산제를 포함하는 첨가제 1 내지 5 중량%를 포함하는 고조도용 도료 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량 폴리에스테르 수지에 대한 고분자량 선형 폴리에스테르 수지의 비율은 1:1.5 내지 1:2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 고조도용 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고비점 용제는 방향족 탄화수소계, 글리콜에테르계, 글리콜에스테르계, 케톤계 용제 및 디메틸아디페이트, 디메틸글루타레이트 및 디메틸 썩시네이트의 혼합용제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 고조도용 도료 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 디메틸아디페이트, 디메틸글루타레이트 및 디메틸썩시네이트의 혼합용제는 전체 용제 중에 5 내지 20 중량%로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고조도용 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 술폰산계 경화 촉매는 p-톨루엔 술폰산, 디노닐나프탈렌 디술폰산, 디노닐디나프탈렌 술폰산 및 플로로술폰산으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 고조도용 도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제는 아크릴계 첨가제 또는 실리콘계 첨가제를 10 내지 40 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고조도용 도료 조성물.
- 수평균분자량이 1000 내지 6000이고, 수산가가 40 내지 80이며, 산가가 5 내지 15인 저분자량 폴리에스테르 수지 2.5 내지 15 중량% 및 수평균분자량이 8000 내지 15000이고, 수산가가 5 내지 20이며, 산가가 1 내지 10인 고분자량 선형 폴리에스테르 수지 10 내지 35 중량%에 이산화티타늄 45 내지 55중량%, 고비점 용제 5 내지 17.5 중량%, 메틸레이티드 멜라민 경화제 1 내지 5 중량% 및 분산제 0.5 내지 2 중량%를 혼합한 혼합물을 분산하는 단계;상기 분산된 혼합물에 저분자량 폴리에스테르 수지 2.5 내지 15 중량% 및 메틸레이티드 멜라민 경화제 1 내지 5 중량%를 교반시키는 단계; 및상기 교반물에 고비점 용제 5 내지 17.5 중량%, 소포제, 평활제 및 블로킹방지제를 포함하는 첨가제 0.5 내지 3 중량% 및 술폰산계 경화촉매 0.01 내지 1 중량%를 교반시키는 단계로 이루어지는 고조도용 도료 조성물 제조방법.
