- 용기통 부재에 용기 하부 부재를 용접하여 밀폐 용기를 형성하고, 이 밀폐 용기 내에 압축 기구부 및 전동기부를 수납한 밀폐형 압축기에 있어서,상기 용기 하부 부재는 베이스부와, 이 베이스부의 외주에 형성한 상기 용기통 부재로의 끼워 맞춤부와, 이 끼워 맞춤부보다 외측에 형성한 다리부를 갖는 동시에, 이들의 베이스부, 끼워 맞춤부 및 다리부를 하나의 부재로 일체로 형성하고, 또한 상기 끼워 맞춤부의 끼워 맞춤측 각형부의 반경을 상기 용기 하부 부재의 판 두께 이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기.

- 용기통 부재에 압축 기구부 및 전동기부를 수납한 후, 상기 용기통 부재와 용기 하부 부재를 용접하는 밀폐형 압축기의 제조 방법에 있어서,베이스부, 이 베이스부의 외주로부터 입상한 끼워 맞춤부 및 이 끼워 맞춤부의 상단부보다 외측으로 연장되는 다리부를 교축 성형함으로써 하나의 부재로 일체로 성형하여 상기 용기 하부 부재로 하고, 상기 용기 하부 부재 성형 후, 그 상면부를 단차 압박하여 상기 끼워 맞춤부의 끼워 맞춤측 각형부의 반경을 용기 하부 부재의 판 두께 이하로 하고, 그렇게 한 후에 이 끼워 맞춤부를 상기 용기통 부재의 하단부 외측에 끼워 맞추어 그 끼워 맞춤 부분의 상단부를 외측 상방으로부터 전체 주위에 걸쳐서 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 끼워 맞춤부의 근본부에 있는 상기 베이스부 상면에 상기 용기통 부재의 하단부면을 전체 둘레에 걸쳐서 접촉한 상태에서, 상기 끼워 맞춤부와 상기 용기통 부재의 끼워 맞춤 부분의 상단부를 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용기통 부재를 한 매의 판재로부터 통형으로 굽혀 그 자유단부를 용접한 후, 상기 용기통 부재의 하단부 외주를 절삭하고, 그렇게 한 후에 이 절삭된 부분의 외측에 상기 끼워 맞춤부를 끼워 맞추는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기의 제조 방법.
