Claims (8)
- 크랑크샤프트(1)에서의 베아링면(2A, 3A) 및 변환반경부의 동시적 주연부 전자유도경화장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 크랑크샤프트의 회전축(D)에 수직되는 평면에서 서로에 대하여 직접적으로 인접 정렬되고 또한 서로 다른 각도위치를 가지고 바로 연속하여 정렬되는 리프팅핀(2, 3)을 포함하며, 적어도 대략 동일방향으로부터 이 리프팅핀(2, 3)상에 위치되는 유도기(inductors)(8, 9)가 구비되며,이 유도기(8, 9)는,- 각기 리프팅핀(2, 3)에 할당되고, 또한 크랑크샤프트(1)의 축방향에서 서로에 겹쳐 정렬되며, 또한 서로에 평행한 적어도 2개의 유도기세그먼트(8C, 8D, 9C, 9D)를 가지며, 하나의 유도기세그먼트(8D, 9D)는 리프팅핀(2, 3)의 겹침역(4)에 정렬되고, 다른 유도기세그먼트(8C, 9C)는 웨브(5, 6)에 대면되는 리프팅핀(2, 3)의 바깥역에 정렬되며,- 긴 유도기부(8A, 9A)와, 짧은 유도기부(8B, 9B)를 포함하며, 긴 유도기부(8A, 9A)는 베아링면(2A, 3A)의 전폭(B)의 절반보다 큰 폭(b_1)을 갖고, 긴 유도기부(8A, 9A)는 크랑크샤프트(1)의 주연방향으로 항상 서로에 관하여 간격(E)을 갖도록 한 전자유도경화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 짧은 유도기부(8B, 9B)는 폭(b_2)으로 좁게 설계하므로써, 긴 유도기부(8A, 9A)가 크랑크샤프트(1)의 회전 중에도 각각의 다른 유도기의 짧은 유도기부(8B, 9B) 상에서 접촉없이 미끄러져 통과되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도경화장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 긴 유도기부(8A, 9A)의 둘러쌈 차폐(wrapping enclosure)는 70° 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도경화장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 긴 유도부(8A, 9A)는 리프팅핀 주연부의 상부 사분면(Ⅰ,Ⅱ) 중 하나를 60° 이상 덮고, 인접 하부 사분면(Ⅲ,Ⅳ)을 30° 이상 덮도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도경화장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 유도기세그먼트(inductor segments)(8C, 8D, 9C, 9D)는, 그 자유단에서 표면경화기로 설계된 연결부(10, 11)에 의하여 상호 연결되는 반경부경화기(radius hardeners)로서 긴 유도기부(8A, 9A)의 역(region)에서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도경화장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 짧은 유도기부(8B, 9B)는 베아링면 경화기로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도경화장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 슬라이딩슈(sliding shoe)(13, 14, 15)가 각각 유도기부(inductor portions)(8A, 8B와 9A, 9B)사이에서 그리고 이 유도기부(8A, 8B, 9A, 9B)의 자유단에서 정렬되고, 슬라이딩슈(15)는 짧은 유도기부(8B, 9B)의 자유단에서, 상부 리프팅핀 사분면(Ⅰ 또는 Ⅱ)의 2등분지역에서 대략적으로 정렬되고, 슬라이딩슈(13)는 긴 유도기부(8A, 9A)의 자유단에서 상기 슬라이딩슈에 관하여 약 180°이상 오프셋 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도경화장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 유도기하우징(7A, 7B)은 리프팅핀(2, 3)의 경화되는 베아링면(2A, 3A)상으로 위치되도록 하기 위한 경사면(16)을 그 하부역에서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유도경화장치.
