Claims (3)
- 거리 측정 대상물인 피사체의 화상을 한쌍의 결상 렌즈를 통하여 제1 및 제2 센서 어레이상에 각각 결상시키는 단계와, 이들 센서 어레이의 출력을 양자화한 디지털값에 기초하여 센서 어레이상의 기준 위치로부터의 피사체 화상의 변위량을 검출하는 단계와, 이 변위량과 결상 렌즈의 초점 거리 및 광축간 거리로부터의 삼각 측량의 원리에 의해 피사체까지의 거리를 산출하는 단계를 포함하는 거리 측정 방법에 있어서,센서 어레이상에 복수의 영역을 설정하고, 상기 변위량의 검출에 사용하는 영역을 피사체가 근거리에 있을수록 상기 기준 위치보다도 외측에 있는 영역으로 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거리 측정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변위량의 검출에 사용하는 영역 사이의 거리를 오프셋량으로 하고, 이 오프셋량을 상기 영역내에서의 변위량에 가산하여 피사체가 근거리에 있을 때의 변위량을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거리 측정 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변위량의 검출에 사용하는 영역을 각 영역 사이에서 어드레스가 연속하도록 센서 어레이상에 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 거리 측정 방법.
