Claims (6)
- 필름을 성형하기 위한 롤과,상기 롤을 지지하는 베어링과,상기 베어링을 병진(竝進)시켜 상기 롤을 개폐시키는 병진 구동부와,상기 롤을 회전시키는 회전 구동부를 구비하는 필름 성형용 롤 장치에 있어서,상기 회전 구동부를 상기 베어링에 대해 가동(可動)하게 연결하는 가동 연결 수단과,상기 회전 구동부를 상기 베어링과 병진시키는 병진 수단과,상기 회전 구동부의 토크를 상기 롤에 전달하는 가요성 토크 전달 요소를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 성형용 롤 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 토크 전달 요소는 동축(同軸) 접속 가능한 가요성 커플링을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 성형용 롤 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 병진 수단은 상기 베어링을 안내하는 제 1 가이드와, 상기 회전 구동부를 안내하는 제 2 가이드와, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 가이드를 평행하게 유지하는 수단 을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 성형용 롤 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가동 연결 수단은 상기 베어링을 유지하는 제 1 프레임 부재와, 상기 회전 구동부를 지지하는 제 2 프레임 부재와, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 프레임 부재를 분리 가능하게 연결하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 성형용 롤 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 가동 연결 수단은 상기 회전 구동부를 고정 프레임에 클램프하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 성형용 롤 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전 구동부는 세로 배치 전동 모터와, 상기 전동 모터에 연결된 헬리컬 베벨 기어를 갖는 감속기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 성형용 롤 장치.
