Claims (30)

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 전기 전도성 부재가 전기 전도성 와이어 메쉬로 형성되는 중공 전기 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 전기 전도성 부재가 전기 전도성 편조 재료로 형성되는 중공 전기 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 전기 전도성 부재가 전기 전도성 박막 재료로 형성되는 중공 전기 케이블.
- a) 기부측 단부, 말단 구멍을 가진 말단부 및 기부측에서 말단부로 연장하는 루멘을 가지며, 환자의 혈관으로 삽입되는 카테터;b) 상기 카테터 루멘내에 배치되며 혈관의 내부 형상과 일치될 수 있는 루프를 형성하도록 카테터의 말단 구멍 넘어로 전개될 수 있는 기다란 안테나 안내부; 및c) 상기 카테터의 말단부에 배치되고 상기 안테나 안내부가 미끄럼가능하게 통과하도록 수용하는 통로를 가지며, 생물학적 제거 경로를 따라 상기 생물학적 조직을 제거하기 위한 고주파 에너지를 받아서 배출하는 고주파 안테나를 포함하는 환자의 혈관내의 생물학적 조직을 제거하기 위한 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 고주파 안테나에 전기적으로 접속되어 그의 루멘내에서 카테터의 기부를 향해 기부측으로 연장하는 전기 전도체를 더 포함하는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 전도체는 고주파 에너지를 전도하는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 고주파 안테나는 축방향 통로를 형성하는 관모양 슬리브를 더 포함하는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 전기 전도체는 기다란 관모양 재료로 형성되는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 전도체는 각각 기다란 관모양 재료로 형성되어 중공 케이블을 형성하도록 서로 동축방향으로 정렬된 관계로 배열된 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 전기 전도체는 전기 전도성 와이어 메쉬 재료로 형성되는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 전기 전도체는 전기 전도성 편조 재료로 형성되는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 전기 전도체는 전기 전도성 박막 재료로 형성되는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 안테타 안내부는 카테터 루멘내의 기부측으로 연장하는 연장된 부분을 가지는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 안테나 안내부는 관 재료로 구성되는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 안테나 안내부내에 장착된 적어도 하나의 심장내의 심전도 전극을 더 포함하는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 안테나 안내부는 단일 모노레일을 형성하도록 결합된 다수의 기다란 부재로 구성되는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 안테나 안내부는 방사선 비투과성 재료로 형성된 적어도 하나의 말단 팁을 더 포함하는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- a) 기부측 단부, 말단 구멍을 가진 말단부 및 기부측에서 말단부로 연장하는 루멘을 가지며, 환자의 혈관으로 삽입되는 카테터;b) 카테터 루멘내에 미끄럼 가능하게 배치되며 카테터의 말단부에 보유된 제 1 단부 및 카테터 루멘내에서 기부측으로 연장하는 제 2 단부를 가지며, 혈관의 내부 형상과 일치될 수 있는 부분을 가진 루프를 형성하도록 카테터의 말단 구멍 넘어로 전개될 수 있는 기다란 안테나 안내부; 및c) 상기 카테터의 말단부에 배치되고, 상기 안테나 안내부가 통과하도록 수용하는 축방향 통로를 가지며, 생물학적 제거 경로를 따라 상기 생물학적 조직을 제거하기 위한 고주파 에너지를 받아서 발생시키는 고주파 안테나를 포함하는 환자의 혈관내의 생물학적 조직을 제거하기 위한 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- a) 기부측 단부, 말단 구멍을 가진 말단부 및 기부측에서 말단부로 연장하는 루멘을 가지며, 환자의 혈관으로 삽입되는 카테터;b) 카테터 루멘내에 미끄럼 가능하게 배치되며 생물학적 제거 경로를 형성하도록 혈관과 선 접촉을 형성하며 혈관의 형상과 일치되도록 카테터의 말단 구멍 넘어로 전개될 수 있는 기다란 가요성 안테나 안내부; 및c) 상기 카테터의 말단부에 배치되고, 상기 안테나 안내부가 통과하도록 수용하는 축방향 통로를 가지며, 생물학적 제거 경로를 따라 상기 생물학적 조직을 제거하기 위한 고주파 에너지를 받아서 전달하는 고주파 안테나를 포함하는 환자의 혈관내의 생물학적 조직을 제거하기 위한 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 방사선 비투과성 재료로 형성된 적어도 하나의 말단 팁을 더 포함하는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 안테나 안내부는 관모양 재료로 구성되는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 고주파 안테나는 안테나 안내부를 수용하여 미끄럼가능하게 통과시키는 통로를 형성하는 나선형 코일을 포함하는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 고주파 안테나는 안테나 안내부를 수용하여 미끄럼가능하게 통과시키는 통로를 형성하는 나선형 코일을 포함하는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 안테나는 안테나 안내부를 수용하여 미끄럼가능하게 통과시키는 통로를 가진 마이크로스트립 플렉스서키트를 포함하는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 안테나는 안테나 안내부를 수용하여 미끄럼가능하게 통과시키는 통로를 가진 마이크로스트립 플렉스서키트를 포함하는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 안테나는 관모양 슬리브를 둘러싸는 모노폴을 포함하는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 상기 안테나는 관모양 슬리브를 둘러싸는 모노폴을 포함하는 고주파 카테터 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 안테나의 단부에 고정되어 안테나의 기부측으로 연 장하는 적어도 하나의 기다란 편향 와이어를 더 포함하고, 상기 편향 와이어는 상기 안테나의 단부를 편향시키도록 된 고주파 카테터 시스템.
