Description
Claims (7)
- 엔진에서 배출되는 배기 가스의 일부를 EGR 관로를 통해 흡기계(intake air system)에 환류(recirculate)시키는 엔진의 EGR 장치에 있어서,상기 EGR 관로(7)의 한쪽 끝에 설치되고 상기 엔진의 배기 매니폴드(2)에 접속되어, 상기 배기 가스의 일부를 상기 EGR 관로 내에 도입하는 도입부(10a)와,상기 도입부보다도 하류 측에 위치하여 상기 EGR 관로에 배치되어, 상기 도입부에서 도입된 배기 가스를 정화하는 촉매(6)를 구비하고,상기 EGR 관로는 축 방향으로 신축 가능한 또는 원주 방향으로 회전 운동 가능한 가동 부재(9b)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 ERG 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 EGR 관로는 상기 촉매에 의해 정화된 배기 가스를 상기 엔진에 배치된 EGR 통로(11)로 도출하는 도출부(1Ob)를 부가로 포함하며,상기 도출부는 상기 엔진에 설치되는 엔진 측 설치 플랜지(2a)를 갖는 엔진의 EGR 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 배기 매니폴드는 상기 엔진에 설치되는 설치부를 가지고,상기 EGR 관로의 상기 엔진 측 설치 플랜지는 상기 배기 매니폴드의 설치부와 일체로 구성되는 엔진의 EGR 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 상기 EGR 관로의 상기 도입부 근처에 배치되는 엔진의 EGR 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배기 매니폴드는 복수의 배기 파이프(2c)를 집합시켜 형성되며,상기 도입부는 상기 배기 매니폴드의 집합 부분에 접속되는 엔진의 EGR 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 상대 이동을 허용하는 지지 부재(4, 5)를 사이에 두고 상기 배기 매니폴드에 지지되는 엔진의 EGR 장치.
