Claims (7)
- 이소시아네이트 관능기가 부분적으로 봉쇄된 폴리이소시아네이트 경화제를 제조하는 단계;양이온성 전착 수지 총중량에 대하여, 에폭시-아미노 부가 반응된 양이온성 수지 40 내지 60 중량%, 아미노기 함유 아크릴계 양이온성 수지 2 내지 10 중량% 및 상기 경화제 30 내지 50 중량%를 반응시켜 양이온성 전착 수지를 제조하는 단계;양이온성 전착 수지 분산액 총중량에 대하여, 아세트산 아연 0.5 내지 3 중량%, 중화제 0.5 내지 1.5 중량% 및 탈이온수 55 내지 64 중량%를 포함하는 수성 매질에 상기 양이온성 전착 수지 35 내지 44 중량%를 분산시켜 양이온성 전착 수지 분산액을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 양이온성 전착 수지 분산액에 상기 양이온성 전착 수지 분산액의 총중량에 대하여 에틸렌글리콜모노헥실에테르 0.5 내지 3 중량%를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 양이온성 전착 도료 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제를 제조하는 단계가이소시아네이트 및 트리메틸올 프로판을 3:1의 몰비로 반응시키는 단계;디에틸말로네이트 및 디에틸말로네이트를 제외한 봉쇄 물질을 8:2의 몰비로 사용하여 상기 이소시아네이트를 봉쇄시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 전착 도료 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디에틸말로네이트를 제외한 봉쇄 물질이메틸에틸케톡심, 디메틸피라졸, 에틸렌글리콜모노부틸에테르 및 디에틸렌글 리콜모노부틸에테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 전착 도료 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가폴리메틸렌폴리페닐 이소시아네이트의 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 제1 경화제; 및헥사메틸렌디이소시아네이트 또는 이소포론디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 제2 경화제의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 전착 도료 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 에폭시-아미노 부가 반응된 양이온성 수지 40 내지 60 중량%, 아미노기 함유 아크릴계 양이온성 수지 2 내지 10 중량% 및 이소시아네이트 관능기가 부분적으로 봉쇄된 폴리이소시아네이트 경화제 30 내지 50 중량%를 반응시켜 제조된 양이온성 전착 수지 35 내지 44 중량%를 아세트산 아연 0.5 내지 3 중량%, 중화제 0.5 내지 1.5 중량% 및 탈이온수 55 내지 64 중량%를 포함하는 수성 매질에 분산시켜 제조된 양이온성 전착 수지 분산액에 상기 양이온성 전착 수지 분산액의 총중량에 대하여 에틸렌글리콜모노헥실에테르 0.5 내지 3 중량%를 첨가시켜 제조된 양이온성 전착 도료 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 전착 도료 조성물을 이용하여 도포한 건조도막이 140℃에서 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 전착 도료 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 양이온성 전착수지 조성물이 하드 디스크 드라이버(hard disk driver)의 베이스 프레임(base frame)과 같은 알루미늄 합금의 다이 캐스팅(die casting)에 적용되는 것을 특징하는 양이온성 전착 도료 조성물.
