Claims (4)
- 가공물을 가공하기 위한 가공프로그램이 입력되는 입력부와,상기 가공프로그램을 해석해서 지령 주축 회전속도를 생성함과 더불어 상기 가공물이 소정 기준의 가공조건에서 가공될 때의 주축의 부하에 대한 해당 가공프로그램의 가공조건에서 가공될 때의 주축의 부하의 비율을 나타내는 주축 부하율을 산출하는 해석부,상기 가공프로그램에 기초해서 이송축을 이동하는 이송축용 서보드라이버에 입력되는 단위시간 당 분배량을 생성하는 분배부,상기 지령 주축 회전속도를 취입해서 단위시간 당 회전량을 지령하기 위한 주축 회전량 지령을 출력하는 주축 회전량 지령 출력부,상기 주축 회전량 지령이 입력되는 주축용 서보드라이버,상기 해석부로부터 출력되는 상기 주축 부하율과 상기 분배부로부터 출력되는 상기 분배량 및 상기 주축 회전량 지령 출력부로부터 출력되는 상기 주축 회전량 지령에 기초해서 기준토크값을 연산에 의해 생성하는 판정용 절삭부하 연산부 및,상기 기준토크값과 상기 주축용 서보드라이버로부터 피드백 입력되는 부하토크값을 비교해서 상기 부하토크값이 상기 기준토크값 보다 큰 경우 날 빠짐 검지신호를 출력하는 주축 부하 비교부를 갖추어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수치제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가공프로그램은 가공물과 가공공구의 상대적인 속도를 나타내는 이송속도 및, 상기 가공물 및 상기 가공공구에 관련된 부가가공정보를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주축의 회전속도를 증감하기 위한 비율을 지시하기 위한 주축용 오버라이드부를 더 구비하고,상기 주축 회전량 지령 출력부는 상기 주축용 오버라이드부에서 지시된 비율을 상기 지령 주축 회전속도에 승산하는 것에 의해서, 단위시간 당의 회전량을 지령하기 위한 주축 회전량 지령을 생성하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 주축의 회전속도를 증감하기 위한 비율을 지시하기 위한 주축용 오버라이드부를 더 구비하고,상기 주축 회전량 지령 출력부는 상기 주축용 오버라이드부에서 지시한 비율을 상기 지령 주축 회전속도에 승산하는 것에 의해서, 단위시간 당의 회전량을 지령하기 위한 주축 회전량 지령을 생성하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치제어장치.
