Claims (2)
- 건축물 벽체 외부에 다수개의 앵커체를 고정설치하고 앵커체가 인조 대리석을 지지하도록 설치된 건축물 외벽 구조에 있어서,상기 벽체(C)의 내부에 배근된 수평 철근에 체결홀(311)이 관통되어 거푸집 외부로 돌출되어 콘크리트가 타설되어 고정되는 한편,벽체의 하단과 상단에 설치되는 앵커체와 중간에 다수개 설치되는 앵커체로 구성되고, 돌부(312)가 일방향으로 돌출되거나 돌부(322)가 상,하 양방향으로 돌출되며, 돌부가 형성된 머리부가 벽체 외부로 노출되는 앵커체1,2(310)(320)와;상기 벽체(C)의 외부에 접착제를 도포하여 고정되는 한편,직사각형 형태로, 중앙에 체결홀(331)이 관통되고, 체결홀(331)이 형성된 양측에 다수개의 대구경의 소음흡수 원통홀(332)이 형성된 압축 스치로폼(330)과;상기 압축 스치로폼(330)의 체결홀(331)을 관통하여 볼트체결되는 한편,파이프형 부재로, 일측에 볼트부(342)가 형성되고, 타측에 십자형 머리부가 형성되며, 그 십자형 머리부에서 수평하게 돌출되도록 일체로 형성된 십자형 앵커 볼트(340)와;상기 압축 스치로폼(330)과 인접하여 십자형 앵커볼트(340)를 매개로 앵커체1,2(310)(320)의 돌부(312)(322)에 삽입되어 안착되고 그 외측에 코킹처리되어 마감되는 한편,일체형 형태로 압축되어 사용되고, 중앙에 체결홀(351)이 형성되고, 일측면 에 요철(354)이 형성되며, 수평판재의 상,하에 단턱부(352)가 형성된 단열재(350)와,수평 판재의 상,하부 폭 방향 중앙으로 돌부(362)가 돌출되고 밀착면에 접착제 등을 도포한 후 압착하여 단열재(350)와 일체로 구성된 인조 대리석(360);이 사용되어 외벽이 마감되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 외벽 단열 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 벽체(C)에 일정거리를 두고 체결홀을 관통시키고 압축 스치로폼(330)을 십자형 앵커볼트(340)로 체결시킴과 아울러,상기 단열재(350)와 인조 대리석(360)은, 중앙에 체결홀(351)이 형성되어 십자형 앵커볼트(340)의 머리부에서 수평하게 돌출된 위치에 삽입되어 단열재(350)가 고정되고, 단턱부(352)와 돌부(362)에 의해 형성된 ㄷ삽입홈에 앵커체1,2(310)(320)의 돌부(312)(322)가 삽입되어 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 건축물의 외벽 단열 구조.
