Claims (3)
- 수평균 분자량 25,000 ~ 50,000을 갖는 수용성 페녹시 수지를 주제수지로 하고, 여기에 상기 주제수지함량대비기준으로 멜라민 수지 2-15phr, 콜로이달 실리카 10-20phr, 크롬산 화합물 1-5phr 및 왁스 1-10phr을 첨가하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용강판 피막형성용 수지용액 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 크롬산 화합물은 크롬산 바륨 및 크롬산 스트론튬으로부터 최소 1종 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용강판 피막형성용 수지용액 제조방법.
- 크로메이트 처리된 아연계 도금강판에 상기 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 방법으로 제조된 수지용액을 건조 피막 두께가 1-10㎛가 되도록 도포한 후, 강판온도 160-250℃로 소부 처리한 다음 냉각함을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크용 수지피복강판 제조방법.
