Claims (2)
- 한쌍의 전극 사이에, 적어도 유기 발광층과, 정공 수송층을 갖는 유기 EL 소자를 매트릭스 배치한 유기 EL 패널에 있어서,상기 정공 수송층의 두께를 170 ㎚ 이상으로 한 유기 EL 패널.
- 한쌍의 전극 사이에, 적어도 유기 발광층과, 정공 수송층을 갖는 유기 EL 소자를 매트릭스 배치한 유기 EL 패널의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 소자의 양극을 형성한 후에, 전면에 정공 수송층을 170 ㎚ 이상의 두께로 형성하고, 형성된 정공 수송층의 위에 마스크를 이용하여 유기 EL 소자마다 구획하여, 유기 발광층을 형성하는 유기 EL 패널의 제조 방법.
