Claims (1)
- 액정표시소자의 상하 유리기판 사이의 간격을 일정하게 유지시키는 스페이서를 어느 한 유리기판으로 산포하는 장치로서,상기 유리기판이 배치되어 스페이서 산포가 실시되는 산포조;상기 산포조로 스페이서를 공급하는 스페이서 공급기;상기 스페이서 공급기와 산포조를 연결하는 스페이서 공급 라인;상기 산포조의 상부에 설치되고, 상기 스페이서 공급 라인에 연결되어, 상기 스페이서를 대전시키는 코로나 방전기; 및상기 코로나 방전기에 연결되고, 상기 유리기판 상부에 배치되어, 대전된 스페이서를 유리기판으로 산포하는 노즐을 포함하고,상기 스페이서 공급기는상기 스페이서가 저장되고, 상기 공급 라인이 진입된 저장조;상기 공급 라인에 인접한 저장조 내부에 회전가능하게 배치되어, 그의 외주면을 타고 스페이서가 공급 라인으로 이동하게 되는 공급 롤러; 및상기 저장조에 연결되어, 상기 스페이서가 공급 롤러의 외주면을 타고 공급 라인으로 제공되도록 하는 고속의 기체 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 스페이서 산포 장치.
