一种托辊式均匀施胶装置，其特征在于：所述的托辊式均匀施胶装置包括支撑座、滚轮、链轮、托辊、挡轮、出料口、喷胶头、胶管、辊筒、进料口；其中：辊筒左端面中心位置设有进料口，右端面最低端设有出料口，辊筒内固定设置有胶液喷涂装置胶管，胶管壁上均匀分布有喷胶头，辊筒下部设有与其传动连接的托辊，托辊通过链轮与滚轮传动连接，滚轮设置在托辊的两端，链轮设置在托辊的中间位置，辊筒的外侧面处设有挡轮，托辊及挡轮固定连接于支撑座上。本发明的优点：本发明所述的托辊式均匀施胶装置，突破传统，具有结构新颖，施胶均匀，用胶量小等优点，对物料喷胶，代替搅拌式涂胶，有效避免破损，节约成本。

本发明涉及一种悬浮式高压气流施胶机，特别提供了一种托辊式均匀施胶装置。
背景技术
现在广泛使用在碎料板生产线上的拌胶机，其主要是通过转轴上的叶片对物料搅拌使其和胶液混合而实现拌胶，这种传统的方式对于细小的碎料还能满足生产要求，但当碎料颗粒较大时，容易发生施胶不均匀，通过搅拌容易使碎料破碎，而且这种方式进行生产时用胶量大，所以，需要提供一种施胶均匀，用量小，碎料效果好的施胶装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述存在的施胶不均，碎料破碎，用胶量大等技术方面的问题，特提供了一种托辊式均匀施胶装置。
本发明提供了一种托辊式均匀施胶装置，其特征在于：所述的托辊式均匀施胶装置包括支撑座（1）、滚轮（2）、链轮（3）、托辊（4）、挡轮（5）、出料口（6）、喷胶头（7）、胶管（8）、辊筒（9）、进料口（10）；
其中：辊筒（9）左端面中心位置设有进料口（10），右端面最低端设有出料口（6），辊筒（9）内固定设置有胶液喷涂装置胶管（8），胶管（8）壁上均匀分布有喷胶头（7），辊筒（9）下部设有与其传动连接的托辊（4），托辊（4）通过链轮（3）与滚轮（2）传动连接，辊筒（9）的外侧面处设有挡轮（5），托辊（4）及挡轮（5）固定连接于支撑座（1）上。
所述的滚轮（2）设置在托辊（4）的两端，链轮（3）设置在托辊（4）的中间位置。
