Claims (9)
- 삭제
- 디스펜서를 이용하여 탄성고무가 채워지는 실링홈이 형성된 분리판과;상기 분리판과 막전극접합체 사이에 개재되어 상기 실링홈에 채워진 탄성고무에 의해 상기 막전극접합체를 균일하게 가압하는 가스켓을 포함하며,상기 분리판은 상기 실링홈과 연결되어 형성되며 상기 실링홈의 폭보다 넓은 폭을 갖는 앵커를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 앵커는 실링홈 폭의 1.5배에 해당하는 폭으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 실링홈과 앵커의 깊이는 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 앵커는 상기 실링홈의 외측에 실링홈의 진행방향에 직각을 이루도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 막전극접합체의 전면과 배면에 위치하는 분리판에 있어서, 상기 앵커의 위치가 대칭을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 탄성고무는 실리콘계, 불소계 및 올레핀계 고무 중 어느 하나의 소재로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 가스켓은 상기 분리판과 동일한 소재로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지의 실링구조.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 실링구조를 사용하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
