Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- ディスペンサを利用して弾性ゴムが満たされた密閉溝を有するセパレータと、前記セパレータ及び膜電極接合体間に介在されたガスケットとを備えることを特徴とするポリマー電解質燃料電池の密閉構造。
- 前記密閉溝と接触して、前記密閉溝の幅より広い幅を有するアンカー部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリマー電解質燃料電池の密閉構造。
- 前記アンカー部は、前記密閉溝の厚さの1.5 倍に相当する幅を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のポリマー電解質燃料電池の密閉構造。
- 前記密閉溝及び前記アンカー部の深さが等しいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のポリマー電解質燃料電池の密閉構造。
- 前記アンカー部は、前記密閉溝の外側に、前記密閉溝の経路方向に対して直角をなすように形成してあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリマー電解質燃料電池の密閉構造。
- 前記膜電極接合体の前面及び背面に位置する各セパレータに、前記アンカー部が互いに対称に位置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のポリマー電解質燃料電池の密閉構造。
- 前記弾性ゴムはシリコーン系、フッ素系及びオレフィン系ゴムのうちのいずれか一つの素材から作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリマー電解質燃料電池の密閉構造。
- 前記ガスケットはセパレータと同一の素材で製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリマー電解質燃料電池の密閉構造。
- 請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれかに記載の密閉構造を用いて製造してなることを特徴とするポリマー電解質燃料電池。
