Claims (3)
- 양극 및 음극과, 이 사이에 개재된 1층 또는 복수층으로부터 얻어진 전계발광용 유기층과를 구비하고, 상기 양극 및 음극과의 사이에 전압을 인가함으로써 상기 유기층중의 발광재료의 발광이 생기는 전계발광소자에 있어서, 상기 양극과 유기층과의 사이에 하기 화학식 1로 나타내는 반복단위를 가지는 수평균분자량이 200 내지 100,000의 방향족아민유도체를 함유한 캐리어 수송보조층을 형성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.(화학식 1)(식중, R1∼R4는 각각 독립하여 수소원자, 수산기, 비치환 또는 치환의 1가 탄화수소기 또는 오르가노옥시기, 아실기, 또는 술폰산기이나, R1∼R4가 모두 동시에 수소원자는 아니다. n은 2 내지 3,000의 정수를 표시함.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어 수송보조층이, 상기 방향족아민 유도체와 전자수용성 도팬트로 염을 형성하여 이루어진 가용성 전도성 화합물에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전자수용성 도팬트가 루이스산, 프로톤산, 천이금속화합물, 전해질염 또는 할로겐화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
