Claims (8)
- a) 수지, 자성체, 전하 제어제, 왁스, 및 첨가제를 포함하는 정전기 분체 원료를 예비혼합하는 단계b) 상기 예비혼합된 분체 원료를 초음파를 조사하면서 압출기로 공급하는 단계c) 상기 압출기로 공급된 분체 원료를 용융혼련하여 배출하는 단계 및d) 상기 배출된 용융혼련물을 분쇄 및 분급하는 단계를 포함하는 토너의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 b)단계의 조사는 압출기에 연결설비된 원료 호퍼에서 실시되는 토너의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 b)단계의 조사는 연속적으로 실시되는 토너의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 b)단계의 조사는 단속적으로 실시되는 토너의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 b)단계의 초음파의 주파수가 1000 내지 1500 Hz/sec인 토너의 제조방법.
- 내장된 토너원료의 공진성을 크게 하는 초음파를 가하기 위하여 그 외벽에 다수의 초음파 진동기를 구비하고 있는 원료 호퍼.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 초음파 진동기는 호퍼 높이의 1/2지점에 1기, 안식각 하부에 2기, 및 배출 넥크 부위에 1기 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원료 호퍼.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 안식각 하부에 장착되는 2기의 초음파 진동기는 180 °어긋나기 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원료 호퍼.
