Claims (16)
- 용매 속에 용해되거나 분산되어 있을 수 있는 이트륨 화합물 및 지르코늄 화합물을 분무하고, 밀폐된 유동관 형태로 고안된 고온 반응 쳄버로 1 내지 10,000 bar의 압력하에서 도입한 후, 온도가 200℃ 이상인 산화수소 화염 속에서 이트륨-지르코늄 혼합 산화물로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는, 발열적으로 생성된 나노 범위의 이트륨-지르코늄 혼합 산화물의 제조방법.
- BET 표면적이 1 내지 600m2/g이고, 염화물 총량이 0.05중량% 미만이며, 실온에서의 저장 기간 동안 단사정계 상으로 전환되지 않는, 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 발열적으로 생성된 나노 범위의 이트륨-지르코늄 혼합 산화물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하소 동안에도 단사정계 상으로 전환되지 않는, 발열적으로 생성된 나노 범위의 이트륨-지르코늄 혼합 산화물.
- 제2항에 따르는 이트륨-지르코늄 혼합 산화물을 포함하는, 충전제.
- 제2항에 따르는 이트륨-지르코늄 혼합 산화물을 포함하는, 보조 재료.
- 제2항에 따르는 이트륨-지르코늄 혼합 산화물을 포함하는, 촉매 활성 물질.
- 제2항에 따르는 이트륨-지르코늄 혼합 산화물을 포함하는, 분산액 제조용 출발재.
