Claims (47)
- 회전 운동으로 공구를 이동시키는 공구 구동기에 연결되는 공구이며,제1 면을 갖는 장착 판과,장착 판의 제1 면에 부착된 복수의 연마 세그먼트를 포함하며,하나 이상의 연마 세그먼트는 소결 접합재 내에 복수의 평행한 연마 입자층으로 구성되고, 상기 층들 중 하나의 층의 평면에 의해 형성된 세그먼트 면을 구비하며, 상기 세그먼트 면은 장착 판의 제1 면과 0°와 180°사이의 각(단, 0°및 180°는 제외)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 공구 구동기에 연결되는 공구이며,제1 면을 갖고 공구 구동기에 의해 이동 방향으로 이동되는 장착 판과,장착 판의 제1 면에 부착된 복수의 연마 세그먼트를 포함하며,각각의 연마 세그먼트는 소결 접합재 내에 복수의 평행한 연마 입자층으로 구성되고 상기 층들 중 하나의 층의 평면에 의해 형성된 세그먼트 면을 가지며,적어도 하나의 세그먼트는 상기 이동 방향이 상기 세그먼트 면과 0°와 180°사이의 각(단, 0°및 180°는 제외)인 지점에서 작업물과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 공구 구동기에 연결되는 공구이며,제1 면을 갖는 장착 판과,장착 판의 제1 면에 부착된 복수의 연마 세그먼트와,공구가 공구 구동기에 부착될 때, 그라인딩 작동 동안에 작업편과 접촉하게 되는 공구의 면에 의해 한정되는 작업 영역을 포함하며,적어도 하나의 연마 세그먼트는 소결 접합재 내에 복수의 연마 입자층으로 구성되고 상기 층들 중 하나의 층의 평면에 의해 형성된 세그먼트 면을 가지며, 각각의 연마 세그먼트는 세그먼트 면과 0°내지 180°사이의 각(단, 0°및 180°는 제외)으로 형성된 그라인딩 면을 더 포함하며,상기 작업 영역은 제1 단부, 제2 단부 및 제1 단부로부터 제2 단부로 변하는 만곡부를 포함하며,그라인딩 면의 누적 면적은 작업 영역의 면적의 5 내지 95% 사이를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
