Claims (8)
- 리프트 아암(7)과, 이 리프트 아암(7)을 승강시키는 유압 실린더(5)로 이루어지는 승강 유닛(100)을 위한 수동 조작 기구이며, 상기 수동 조작 기구가 상기 유압 실린더(5)의 움직임을 제어하기 위해 스풀 위치에 의해 하강, 중립 및 상승 상태를 초래하는 3위치 절환 밸브로서 구성된 제어 밸브(9)와, 상기 제어 밸브(9)를 수동 조작하기 위한 승강 레버(16)와, 상기 승강 레버(16)의 조작 변위를 안내하는 조작 경로를 구비하고 있고,상기 조작 경로가 상기 제어 밸브(9)의 포트를 미소하게 개방하여 유압 실린더를 미속으로 작동시키는 인칭 조작 경로(S2)와, 상기 제어 밸브(9)를 전체 스트로크 범위에 걸쳐서 조작하기 위한 메인 조작 경로(S1)로 구성되고, 또한상기 승강 레버(16)를 상기 인칭 조작 경로(S2)에 따라서 조작 변위시킬 때에 생기는 조작 감각은 상기 승강 레버(16)를 메인 조작 경로(S1)에 따라서 조작 변위시킬 때에 생기는 조작 감각과는 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 수동 조작 기구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메인 조작 경로(S1)는 상기 인칭 조작 경로(S2)에 평행하고 보다 큰 길이를 갖고 연장되어 있고, 상기 승강 레버(16)가 상기 메인 조작 경로(S1)와 상기 인칭 조작 경로(S2) 사이를 이동하는 것을 허용하기 위해 상기 메인 조작 경로(S1)와 상기 인칭 조작 경로(S2)의 서로 대향하는 측이 개방되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동 조작 기구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 이 수동 조작 기구는 트랙터에 탑재되어 있고, 상기 인칭 조작 경로(S2)가 운전 좌석에 가까운 측에, 상기 메인 조작 경로(S1)가 운전 좌석(50)에 먼 측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동 조작 기구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 승강 레버(16)는 상기 메인 조작 경로(S1)로부터 상기 인칭 조작 경로(S2) 쪽으로 횡압박되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동 조작 기구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인칭 조작 경로(S2)의 양단부에 상기 승강 레버(16)를 상기 메인 조작 경로(S1)로 이행시키기 위한 경사 안내부(g)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동 조작 기구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인칭 조작 경로(S2) 내에 있어서 상기 승강 레버(16)를 상기 제어 밸브(9)의 중립 위치에 대응하는 조작 변위 위치로 자동 복귀시키는 중립 복귀 수단(32, 33)이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동 조작 기구.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 인칭 조작 경로(S2)의 실질적으로 전체 영역에서 상기 승강 레버(16)는 상기 중립 복귀 수단(32, 33)에 의해 중립 복귀 작용을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동 조작 기구.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 밸브(9)의 스풀(15)과, 상기 승강 레버(16)가 직접적으로 연동 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동 조작 기구.
