Claims (5)
- 서로 다른 대역의 감마 방사선을 검출하는 복수의 센서와; 상기 센서들의 센싱출력신호를 증폭하는 증폭부와; 상기 증폭부의 출력값을 특정 전압레벨로 조정하는 전압조정부와; 상기 전압조정부의 출력을 인가받아 그 검출결과를 표시하도록 제어함과 아울러 그 전압조정부의 출력의 초당 펄스 수를 카운팅하여 그 결과에 따라 상기 복수의 센서 중 하나를 선택하여 감마 방사선을 측정하도록 제어하는 마이크로 프로세서를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광대역 감마 방사선 측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 프로세서에서 출력되는 센서 선택신호에 따라 복수의 센서 각각에 입력제어신호를 인가하여 센서를 구동시키는 복수의 신호처리부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광대역 감마 방사선 측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전압조정부는 TTL(TRANSISTOR TRANSISTOR LOGIC) 레벨의 전압으로 상기 증폭부의 출력을 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광대역 감마 방사선 측정장치.
- 다수의 센서 중 현재 동작 중인 센서의 센싱출력신호를 증폭하여 특정 전압레벨로 변환하는 단계와; 상기 특정 전압레벨로 변환된 검출신호를 인가 받아 내부 클럭신호에 동기를 맞춰 펄스 수를 카운팅하는 단계와; 상기 카운팅된 펄스의 수가 제1기준값보다 큰 경우 그 동작되는 센서보다 검출대역이 높은 센서를 동작시키는 단계와; 상기 카운팅된 펄스의 수가 제2기준값보다 작은 경우 그 동작되는 센서보다 검출대역이 낮은 센서를 동작시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광대역 감마 방사선 측정방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 제1기준값과 제2기준값은 서로 다른 값이며, 상한의 값이 하한의 값보다 크게 설정되어, 두 값이 오버랩핑된 것을 특징으로 하는 광대역 감마 방사선 측정방법.
