Claims (4)
- 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트를 압출 가공함에 있어서,메타크릴 수지 100중량부에 대하여 이산화탄소 0.01 내지 100 중량부를 주입하고;압출기 내의 이산화탄소의 온도는 31℃ 내지 300℃로 하고, 이산화탄소의 압력은 1070psi 내지 7000psi으로 하고, 수지 용융체에 의한 배리어가 압출기의 고상 수지 이송부(solid conveying zone)와 용융부(melting zone); 및 용융 수지 이송영역(melt conveying zone)과 벤트부(vent zone) 사이에 각각 1 내지 3개 존재하고; 그리고상기 배리어 사이의 영역에서 가공온도를 150 내지 300℃로 하여 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트를 제조하는;단계들을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 초임계 이산화탄소를 이용한 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 메타크릴 수지는 첨가제로서 유기 또는 무기 포스포러스 화합물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 이산화탄소를 이용한 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트가 메틸메타크릴레이트 단독 또는 알킬기의 탄소수가 1 내지 8 인 알킬 아크릴레이트 단량체와의 중합체로 중량 평균분자량이 3만 이상 내지 50만인 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 이산화탄소를 이용한 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이산화탄소와 상기 메타크릴 수지의 잔류 단량체를 1군데 내지 3군데의 감압 벤트를 통하여 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초임계 이산화탄소를 이용한 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 제조방법.
