Claims (8)
- 밸브하우징의 내부에서 밸브체(2)가 승하강기구에 의하여 승,하강이 이루어지고, 상기 밸브체(2)는 팽창 및 수축에 의하여 변위가 가능한 신축기구 형태인 가압기구(4)에 의하여 상기 밸브하우징에 형성되는 통로의 개폐가 가능하게 이루어지고, 상기 가압기구(4)의 다른 일측에는 공압전달기구(5)를 설치하며, 상기 밸브체(2)의 승하강시 가이드 역할을 수행하는 상하가이드기구(6)를 상기 승하강기구(3)와 연동되게 설치하며, 상기밸브체(2)를 수평 방향으로 가이드 하는 수평가이드기구(7)를 설치하여 이루어지는 통상의 진공 게이트밸브에 있어서,상기 밸브체(2)의 위치를 작동 후 복귀시키기 위하여 상기 가압기구(4)의 복귀기구(9)를 별도로 설치하여 구성하되,상기 복귀기구(9)가 밸브체(2)와 공압전달기구(7)사이에 스프링 형태의 탄성복귀부재(90)를 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 게이트밸브.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기복귀기구(9)가 상기 공압전달기구(5)의 공압공급라인(54)에 방향전환용 제어밸브(57)를 설치하고,상기 방향전환용 제어밸브(57)로부터 공압 공급용 컴프레서(55)와 연결 설치되는 공압공급라인(58)과 진공펌프(92)와 연결 설치되는 진공라인(59)을 함께 설치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 게이트밸브.
