Claims (7)
- SO2를 함유한 로스트오븐 가스와 같이 가스에 남아있는 수은을 완전 제거하고 원소 Hg를 제거하기 위해 염소 세척기에서 처리되는 방법에 있어서,가스가 세정기에 도입되어 세척액으로 세척됨으로써 가스에 있는 HgCl2 기체가 세척액에 의해 흡수되고, 가스는 세척액에 의해 기계적 교란 작용을 받아 입자와 액적(drop) 형태로 존재하는 Hg, HgCl2및 Hg2Cl2와 다른 Hg 화합물을 물리적으로 결합하여 큰 응집체를 형성하고, 형성된 응집체와 존재하는 큰 입자가 가스로부터 분리되고 수집 및 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 수은 제거방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 세척액이 물이나 묽은 수성 액체임을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 세척액이 할로게나이드나 의사-할로게나이드와 같은 착화합물 형성제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 남아있는 기체 Hg 원소의 흡착을 위해 처리된 가스가 필터에 전달됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 필터가 활성 화합물로서 셀레늄을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 4항에 있어서, 필터가 활성 화합물로서 황, 황화물 또는 기타 황 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 6항에 있어서, 필터가 활성 화합물로서 활성화된 황화납을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법
