Claims (8)
- 유기폐기물을 건조기에 공급하여 유기폐기물중의 수분량을 고온가스에 의한 가열에 의하여 감소시킨후, 이 유기폐기물을 스크류 컨베이어내에 공급하고, 이 스크류 컨베이어내를 유기폐기물로 충전하는 것에 의해 외기가 탄화로 내에 유입하지 않는 상태로 하여 이 유기폐기물을 스크류컨베이어로부터 탄화로내에 공급하여 고온분위기하에서 유기폐기물을 탄화시켜, 이 탄화물을 탄화로로부터 배제하는 한편, 탄화로중에서 발생한 가스를 재연소로에서 연소시켜, 이 연소가스를 상기 고온가스로서 건조기에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐기물의 탄화처리방법.
- 유기폐기물을 받아들여, 이 유기폐기물에 포함되는 수분량을 고온가스에 의하여 가열함으로써 감소시키는 건조기와, 이 건조기에서 수분량이 감소된 유기폐기물을 고온분위기하에서 탄화시키는 탄화로와, 이 탄화로에서 발생한 가스를 연소시키는 재연소로와, 이 재연소로에서 발생한 연소가스를 고온가스로서 건조기에 이송하는 송급로와, 상기 건조기로 수분량의 감소처리를 한 유기폐기물을 상기 탄화로에 공급하는 공급로와, 이 공급로에 개입장치시켜 상기 건조기로부터 공급된 유기폐기물을 내부에 충전시키는 것에 의해, 외기가 탄화로내에 유입하지 않는 상태로 하여 상기 유기폐기물을 탄화로측으로 반송하는 스크류 컨베이어로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐기물의 탄화장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 건조기에 재연소로에서 발생한 고온가스의 유통로를 부대시켜, 이 고온가스유통로내를 유통하는 고온가스에 의하여 건조기를 가열시킴과 함께, 가열에 사용한 고온가스유통로내의 가스를 배기하도록 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐기물의 탄화장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 건조기는, 유기폐기물을 받아들이는 스크류 컨베이어와 이 스크류 컨베이어를 둘러싸고 있는 고온가스유통로로 이루어지고, 이 고온가스유통로의 입구측에 송급로를 연결, 연통시키고 있음과 함께, 상기 고온가스유통로의 출구측에 배기로를 연결, 연통시키고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐기물의 탄화장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 건조기의 스크류 컨베이어와 재연소부를 급기로에 의하여 연결, 연통하고, 유기폐기물의 수분량의 감소처리에 동반하여 발생하는 증발가스를 재연소로로 이송하도록 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐기물의 탄화장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 급기로중에 집진기를 개입장치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐기물의 탄화장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 탄화로의 노상에는 탄화물 배출구멍이 관통설치되고, 이 탄화물 배출구멍에 상단부를 기밀적으로 끼워꽂은 탄화물 배출관의 하단에 탄화물 취출관을 연통시키고, 이 탄화물 취출관내에 축체로부터 복수매의 날개부를 방사상으로 돌출설치하여 이루어지는 회전체를 배열설치하고, 이 날개부를 이 탄화물 취출관의 내면에 미끄럼 접하게 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐기물의 탄화장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 탄화로의 노벽의 하단면에 하단부가 단면이 위로 향한 コ자형상으로 굴곡 형성하여 이루어진 원환형상의 접속수지부재를 하방을 향하여 돌출설치하는 한편, 탄화로의 노상에 원환형상의 접속삽입부재를 돌출설치하여, 이 접속삽입부재의 선단부를 상기 접속수지부재의 선단 コ자 형상부내에 삽입함과 동시에, 접속수지부재의 선단 コ자형상부내에 상기 접속삽입부재의 선단부가 잠기도록 물을 담아, 노내를 기밀상태로 하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기폐기물의 탄화장치.
