상기 실시예 1로부터 얻은 조성물에 대한 효능을 평가하기 위해, 30대 및 40대 남녀 50명씩 100명의 대상자를 선정한 다음에 이들의 혈액을 검사하여 간기능과 콜레스테롤 수치를 측정하였다. 이후 이들에게 실시예 1로부터 얻은 조성물을 1일마다 체중 1㎏당 0.1g을 3회 10일 동안 복용시킨 후에 이들의 혈액을 다시 검사하여 간기능과 콜레스테롤 수치를 측정하였고, 복용전후의 수치를 비교하여 이들의 감소율을 평균값으로 정리하여 하기 표 4에 나타내었다. 간기능 평가는 SGOT, SGPT 수치로 평가할 수 있으며, 이 수치는 간 세포가 얼마나 파괴되고 있는지는 보여준다. 즉 간에 문제가 생겨 간 세포가 죽으면, 이 성분이 혈액 속으로 많이 유입된다 .따라서 간세포 괴사를 민감하게 반영한다.In order to evaluate the efficacy of the composition obtained in Example 1, 100 subjects of 50 men and women in their 30s and 40s were selected, and their blood was examined to determine liver function and cholesterol levels.
