Claims (8)
- 파크리탁셀(Paclitaxel)과 세팔로만닌(Cephalomannine)의 혼합물을 N-할로숙신이미드 존재하에서 지방족알콜과 반응시켜 얻은 혼합물로부터 파크리탁셀을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파크리탁셀의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, N-할로숙신이미드가 N-브로모숙신이미드 또는 N-요오도숙신이미드임을 특징으로 하는 파크리탁셀의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 알콜이 1차, 2차 또는 3차 지방족 알콜임을 특징으로 하는 파크리탁셀의 분리방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 지방족 알콜이 메탄올, 에탄올, t-부탄올, n-부탄올, n-프로판올 및 2-메틸-1-프로판올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 파크리탁셀의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산성조건하에서 지방족 알콜을 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 파크리탁셀의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 용매존재하에서 반응이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 파크리탁셀의 분리방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유기용매가 디클로로메탄임을 특징으로 하는 파크리탁셀의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도가 -20~40℃임을 특징으로 하는 파크리탁셀의 분리방법.
