비듬이 비교적 많은 남녀 25명씩 50명을 선정하여 표 9의 헤어토닉에 대하여 1개월 동안 실험하였다. 시험 개시전에 통상의 샴푸로만 세발하고 3일간 누적된 비듬을 채집하여 중량을 측정한 비듬의 양과 통상의 샴푸로 2일에 한번씩 세발하면서 1일 1회 상기 표 9의 처방으로 제조된 헤어토닉을 사용하여 시험 종료후 3일간에 누적된 비듬의 중량을 비교 평가하였다. 이 시험기간중 샴푸는 시험개시전에 사용하던 샴푸를 사용하였다.50 men were selected from 25 men and women who had a lot of dandruff for 1 month.
