- 입자의 크기와 분사량을 자동 제어가능한 분산액을 도포하기 위한 자동건 분사장치와, 상기 분산액의 저장용기와, 순환식 펌프와, 촉매층을 도포하는 피도물의 고정장치와, X-Y-Z 축의 이동위치 및 도포 반복 회수를 자동으로 제어하기 위한 X-Y-Z 축의 자동선반이 연결 장착되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 도포식 자동 분사장치에 있어서,상기 자동 분사장치에는 간접 가열 방식의 피도물 열처리 장치가 추가로 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 직접 도포식 자동 분사장치.

- 제 1 항 기재의 자동 분사장치로 촉매가 함유된 분산액을 고분자 전해질, 복합고분자 전해질, 또는 고체형 연료전지용 전해질의 표면에 직접 분사하여 도포하는 고효율 막-전극 접합체의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 분산액은 이온전도성 단량체와 백금 담지 카본 촉매를 유기용매하에서 초음파 봉 및 초음파 조로 분산시켜 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 막-전극 접합체의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 이온전도성 단량체의 함량이 촉매량의 1/3의 중량비로 칭량하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 막-전극 접합체의 제조방법.
