- 삭제
- 헴철의 제조방법에 있어서,헤모글로빈에 단백질 분해기작이 상이한 엔도형 단백질 분해효소와 엑소형 단백질 분해효소를 각각 헤모글로빈의 중량대비 0.1 ~ 10 중량%를 동시에 처리하여 효소분해물을 얻은 후,효소분해물의 가수분해도 20 ~ 45 %에서 헴철의 용해도가 최소화 되는 pH 인 pH 3 ~ 5로 조절하고 원심분리한 후,상등액을 제거하고, 침전물을 건조시켜 헴철을 제조하는 것으로 구성된,헤모글로빈으로부터 헴철의 제조방법.
