Claims (2)
- 헤모글로빈으로부터 헴철의 제조방법에 있어서, 헤모글로빈에 단백질 분해 기작이 상이한 엔도형과 엑소형 단백질 분해 효소를 동시에 처리하여 효소분해물을 얻은 후, 효소분해물의 pH를 조절하여 헴철을 선택적으로 침전시킨 후 분리 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 헴철의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 효소분해물의 가수분해도가 20∼45%이고, pH는 3∼5임을 특징으로 하는 헴철의 제조방법.
