Claims (4)
- 향신초의 유효성분을 함유하는 기능성 음료조성물에 있어서,상기 향신초로 백리향 추출물 0.5∼20중량%와 백리향 정유성분 0.01∼0.5중량% 및 보조성분으로 과당 1∼10중량%, 정백당 0.1∼5중량%, 구연산나트륨 0.01∼1.0중량%, 과실농축액 0.01∼1중량%, 안식향산나트륨 0.1∼5중량% 및 정제수 57∼98.8중량%를 첨가하고 배합하여 40cmHg 이상으로 탈기한 다음, 균질장치(Homogenizer)에 넣고 90∼120㎏/㎠에서 균질한 후 90∼100℃에서 20초∼1분간 살균한 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 백리향 음료조성물.
