Claims (2)
- 회전축과;상기 회전축을 그 축선둘레에서 회전가능하게 지지하는 케이싱과;상기 케이싱내에서 상기 회전축과 함께 회전하는 실린더블럭과;상기 케이싱내에서 상기 회전축의 축선방향을 따라 변위가능하게 설치된 브레이크 피스톤과;상기 브레이크 피스톤과 상기 케이싱 사이에 개재되고, 상기 브레이크 피스톤을 상기 축선방향 일방측으로 탄성적으로 지지하는 탄성부재와;상기 브레이크 피스톤과 상기 케이싱의 사이에 유압실이 형성되고, 상기 유압실에 미리 정한 일정 압력 이상의 작동유가 작용한 상태에서는 브레이크 피스톤이 상기 탄성부재의 탄지력에 저항하여 축선방향 타측으로 변위하고, 유압실에 작용하는 작동유가 상기 미리 정한 일정압력보다도 낮아지면 브레이크피스톤이 상기 탄성부재의 탄성복귀력에 의해 축선방향 일측으로 변위하여 실린더블럭을 제동하는 피스톤 모터에 있어서,상기 케이싱에는 착탈 가능하게 플런저가 장착됨과 함께, 작동유가 공급되는 압력포트와 상기 유압실을 연통하는 제1유로가 형성되며,상기 플런저에는 상기 제1유로에 연통하여 상기 유압실 내의 작동유를 배출하기 위한 제2유로가 형성되고,상기 제1유로와 상기 제2유로와의 접속부에는 압력포트로부터 유압실로의 작동유 흐름을 허용하고, 유압실로부터 압력포트로의 작동유 흐름을 저지하는 첵크밸브가 설치되며,상기 제2유로에는, 오리피스를 구비하는 복수개의 플레이트와, 상기 플레이트들 사이에 개재되는 스페이서로 이루어진 다단조임부가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤 모터.
