Claims (5)
- 공구를 클램프하는 드로바유니트와, 상기 드로바유니트가 내부에 장착되어 드로바유니트가 공구를 원활하게 클램프할 수 있도록 하는 스핀들유니트로 구성되는 자동 공구 교환장치에 있어서,상기 드로바유니트의 선단 외주면에 구비되는 코어;상기 코어의 외주면을 따라 내부가 빈 원통형이 되도록 일정두께 일정길이로 감겨지는 코일;상기 코일에 접속되며, 코일이 가지는 인덕턴스의 변화에 따라 함께 변화하는 주파수신호를 발생시키는 LC발진기; 및상기 LC발진기에 접속되며, LC발진기로부터 전송되는 발진 신호의 주파수에 따라 드로바유니트의 위치를 감지하여 감지된 위치정보를 주제어기로 전송하는 위치감지부; 로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로바유니트의 위치 감지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 드로바유니트의 선단에 연장로드를 일체로 형성하고, 연장로드의 외주면에 자성체인 코어를 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 드로바유니트의 위치 감지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위치감지부는, LC발진기로부터 전송되는 발진 주파수신호를 일정 단위시간마다 반복하여 매 1사이클마다 카운터하는 카운터와, 상기 드로바유니트가 3곳의 각각 다른 위치에 있을때 각각 발생되는 주파수신호의 단위시간당 카운트값을 저장시키는 메모리부와, 상기 메모리부에 저장된 카운터값과 현재 카운터를 통해 인가되는 발진 신호의 단위시간당 카운트값을 비교하여 드로바유니트의 현재 위치를 감지하는 마이컴으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로바유니트의 위치 감지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위치감지부는, 주파수를 전압으로 변환하는 F/V 컨버터와, 주파수에 대응하여 전압으로 변환된 아나로그값을 디지탈값으로 컨버팅하는 A/D 컨버터와, 상기 드로바유니트가 3곳의 각각 다른 위치에 있을때 각각 발생되는 전압값을 저장시키는 메모리부와, 상기 메모리부에 저장된 전압값과 현재 F/V 컨버터를 통해 인가되는 주파수의 전압값을 비교하여 드로바유니트의 현재 위치를 감지하는 마이컴으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로바유니트의 위치 감지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위치감지부는, 주파수를 전압으로 변환하는 F/V 컨버터와, 드로바유니트가 특정위치에 있을 때의 전압과 비교하기 위한 몇 가지의 일정전압을 분할 설정하고 있는 2이상의 가변저항과, 이들 가변저항에 각기 설정된 전압값과 현재 F/V 컨버터로부터 인가되는 전압값을 비교하는 전압비교기와, 비교 결과를 이용하여 드로바유니트의 위치를 변별하는 변별기로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로바유니트의 위치 감지장치.
