Claims (5)
- α-메틸스티렌 35∼60 중량부, 아크릴로니트릴 15∼40 중량부,N-페닐 말레이미드 5∼25 중량부, 메틸에틸케톤 10∼30 중량부 첨가한 혼합물을 60∼120℃에서 개시제를 사용하여 연속괴상중합법으로 중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성이 우수한 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 개시제가 1,1-비스(터셔리부틸퍼옥시)-2-메틸사이크로헥산, 1,1-비스(터셔리부틸퍼옥시)사이크로헥산, 1,1-비스(터셔리부틸퍼옥시)-3,3,5-트리메틸사이크로헥산, 2,2-비스(터셔리부틸퍼옥시)부탄, 2,2-비스(4,4-디터셔리 부틸퍼옥시 사이크로헥실)프로판 중에서 선택되는 다관능기를 갖는 유기 과산화물 또는 디터셔리부틸퍼옥사이드, 디큐밀퍼옥사이드, 터셔리부틸큐밀퍼옥사이드 중에서 선택되는 단관능기를 갖는 유기 과산화물 인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성이 우수한 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 개시제의 양이 사용되는 단량체 전체중량의 0.01∼0.2 중량% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성이 우수한 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용하는 용매는 카르보닐기를 갖는 케톤류인 메틸에틸케톤이며, 단량체 전체 중량에 대해 10∼30 중량부 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성이 우수한 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항의 방법에 의해 제조된 유리전이온도가 140℃ 이상이고 용융지수가 18 정도인 내열성이 우수한 공중합체.
