Claims (6)
- 에탄올 저장조로부터 이송한 에탄올을 기화시켜 흡착탑을 통과시키면 물은 흡착되고 고순도의 에탄올은 저장조에서 응축시키는 에탄올 흡착장치에 있어서, 마이크로파 발생장치(1)로부터 생성된 마이크로파를 이송하는 마이크로파 도파관(2)과 스위칭 도파관(3)이 흡착탑의 외면에 구비된 도파관(4)과 연결되어 마이크로파가 흡착탑에 도파되도록 구비됨과 동시에, 흡착탑의 흡착물을 진공으로 용이하게 탈착시키기 위한 진공펌프(22)가 구비되고, 공기압에 의하여 구동되는 스위칭 도파관(3)이 좌, 우측 흡착탑에 교대로 마이크로파를 도파하면서 흡착물을 탈착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 에탄올 흡착건조장치
- 기화된 에탄올 공비 혼합물을 흡착탑에 통과시켜 물은 흡착탑에서 흡착시키고, 에탄올은 저장조에서 응축시키는 에탄올 흡착공정에 있어서, 하나의 탑에서 흡착으로 에탄올이 생산되는 것과 동시에 마이크로파 발생장치에서 발생되는 마이크로파가 도파관을 거쳐 스위칭 도파관 및 도파관을 통하여 흡착탑에 도파되어 흡착된 물을 활성화시키고 동시에 약진공을 인가하여 탈착된 물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 에탄올 흡착건조방법
- 제 2항에 있어서, 에탄올의 회수율을 높이기 위하여 탑저에 설치된 전자밸브(11과12) 혹은 탑정에 설치된 전자벨브(14와 15)를 흡착과 탈착을 교차하는 시간 사이에 일정기간 열어서 흡착스텝 종료시점에 흡착탑에 존재하는 에탄올 증기를 탈착스텝을 종료한 탑으로 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 에탄올 흡착건조방법
- 제 2항에 있어서, 에탄올 공비혼합물의 증기를 제올라이트 3A 내지 4A 흡착층을 통과시켜 건조된 에탄올을 얻고 탈착시 100 내지 300mmHg의 진공을 가함과 동시에 마이크로파를 조사하여 흡착제를 재생시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 에탄올 흡착건조방법
- 제 2항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 하나의 흡착탑에 충전된 흡착제 단위 무게(g)당 액상의 원료공급유속을 1.64ml/hr로 공급하고 흡착 및 탈착시간을 각각 4분으로 하고 마이크로파의 입사전력을 하나의 흡착탑에 충전된 흡착제 단위 무게(g)당 6.4W의 마이크로파를 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 에탄올 흡착건조방법
- 제 5항에 있어서, 원료공급 유속을 하나의 흡착탑에 충전된 흡착제의 단위 무게(g)당 1.1ml/hr에서 2.2ml/hr로 변화시키고 흡착 및 탈착시간을 원료공급유속과 반비례하게 설정하고 마이크로파의 입사전력을 원료공급유속과 비례하게 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로파를 이용한 에탄올 흡착건조방법
