Claims (6)
- 흡착 조건 및 추가로 열 변동 온도의 도움으로 흡착된 방향족 화합물의 탈착하에서, 0.1 내지 15 중량 % 의 방향족 화합물로 오염된 45 ℃ 내지 300 ℃ 사이의 비점를 갖는, 하기 단계를 포함하는 흡착법 :·30 ℃ 내지 70 ℃ 의 온도 범위에서, 액체상으로, 방향족 화합물이 흡착제에 의해 흡착되는 것과 같은 조건하에, 탈방향족화된 유출물을 회수하기위해, 방향족 화합물로 오염된 탄화수소 스트림을 방향족 화합물에 대해 선택적인 흡착제를 함유하는 연속적으로 연결된 복수개의 고정 흡착 베드중 적어도 두개의 베드에 상방으로 도입하는 단계 (상기 탄화수소 공급물을 도입하는 것은 일단 흡착 순환이 완결되면 중단되고, 상기 완결은 흡착 베드의 부분적 또는 전체 포화를 위해 필요한 시간의 도달에 의해 결정된다) ;·차가운 탈착 유체의 조절된 유속의 도움으로, 하나이상의 배출/정화 베드의 공극 부피를 차지하는 탄화수소 공급물이 분리 드럼에서 하방으로 배출된 다음, 하방으로, 순환하는 탈착 유체의 유속의 도움으로, 방향족 화합물의 비점보다 낮은 온도까지 및 동시에 충분히 높게 가열되어 상기 파라핀/이소파라핀/나프탈렌 탄화수소를 적어도 하나의 배출/정화 베드의 거대/중간공극에 갖힌 파라핀/이소파라핀/나프탈렌 탄화수소를 가열, 증발 및 정화하게 하고, 상기 파라핀/이소파라핀/나프탈렌 탄화수소를 정화시키는 단계 ;·액체상을 재순환시키기위해, 분리 드럼에서 탈착 유체로부터 상기 파라핀/이소파라핀/나프탈렌 탄화수소 및 방향족 화합물을 냉각 및 40 ℃ 에서 응축시고 분리하는 단계 ;·i) 상기 베드로부터 탈착 유체를 방출시키고, ii) 재순환된 공급물에 존재하는 방향족 화합물을 흡착하고 및 iii) 탄화수소 공급물로부터 파라핀/이소파라핀/나프탈렌 탄화수소를 회수하기위해, 적어도 두개의 흡착 베드로 채우기위해 액체상 탄화수소를 재순환시키는 단계 ;·탈착 유체의 차가운 하부 스트림의 도움으로, 완전히 탈착된 적어도 하나의 탈착 베드를 냉각시켜, 상기 탈착 유체가 상응하게 가열되는 동안 상기 베드가 다음 흡착 단계가 되게끔하는 단계 ;·가열된 하방 탈착 유체 스트림의 도움으로, 연속적으로 연결된 적어도 두개의 탈착 베드로부터 기체상에서 방향족 화합물을 탈착시키는 단계 (탈착 유체의 온도는 350-300 ℃ 까지 낮아진다) 및 상기 베드로부터 방향족 화합물을 탈착시키는 단계 ;· 45 ℃ 미만의 포화 조건에서 탈착 유체가 공업 설비로 돌아가는 동안, 탈착 유체 스트림으로부터, 45 ℃ 미만의 상기 탈착 유체 스트림을 냉각시킴으로써 적어도 두개의 탈착 베드로부터 탈착된 방향족 화합물 부분을 회수하여, BTX 분리 드럼에서 파라핀/이소파라핀/나프탈렌 탄화수소 및 방향족 화합물의 이미 냉각된 탈착 유체내에 존재하는 액체상으로부터 수집 및 분리되어, 분리된 방향족 화합물 분획이 연료 저장소에 보내지는 단계 ;·흡착, 배출/정화, 탈착 및 냉각 단계가 수행된 후, 흡착제의 흡착 용량이 100 g 의 흡착제에 의해 방향족 화합물이 적어도 15 g 까지 낮아진 후, 각 베드에 흡착, 배출/정화, 탈착 및 냉각을 재개하는 단계 (흡착 용량에서 상기 감소는 흡착제 입자상에 코우크 침적의 결과이다) ;·350 ℃ 이상의 온도에서, 공기를 포함한 혼합물에서 불활성 기체로써 상기 입자를 하방으로 조절하여 연소시킴으로써, 코우크와 함께 회수된 입자의 흡착제 베드를 재생하는 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탈착 베드를 나가는 기체화된 탄화수소 스트림의 탄화수소는 스트리핑 탑에서 스트리핑에 의해 탈착 유체로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 배출/정화 단계에 의해 흡착되어야할 탄화수소 스트림의 파라핀/이소파라핀/나프탈렌 탄화수소를 98 % 까지 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탈착 단계로부터 가열 베드와 열교환에 의해 차가운 탈착 유체 스트림을 가열하여 탈찰 단계에 의해 요구되는 바와 같은 수준까지 탈착 유체 스트림의 온도를 증가시키도록 설계된 오븐의 에너지 소비를 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 베드를 냉각 순환하고 적어도 두개의 베드를 가열하는 것이 다른 공정 단계에서 연속으로 연결된 적어도 세개의 베드를 통해 개방 순환내에 흐르는 탈착 유체의 단일 스트림의 도움으로 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 베드를 통해 탈착 유체 스트림의 흐름을 각 단계에 수반된 열 정련을 하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착법.
