Claims (1)
- 항균제를 직물에 침적시키는 방법에 있어서,제1공정시험기 교반기에서 증류수 1000ml에 염화파라듐 3g을 용해하면서 염산 2ml를 투입 교반하고 또한 염화제1주석 5g을 암모니아 2ml와 포르말린 2ml를 넣고 30분간 교반하여 혼합물을 제조한 다음,제2공정제1공정에서 제조된 혼합물에 산화은 10g을 투입하면서 pH7.5가 되게 한 후에,제3공정별도로 증류수 500ml를 넣고 질산은 200g을 용해하면서 소량의 염소 1ml를 투입하여 교반하여 햇볕에 3시간 노출시킨 다음,제4공정상기 제3공정에 제조된 갈색의 침전물을 제거하고 투명액체를 제2공정의 용액에 혼합하여 무기항균제 제조를 완성한 후에,제5공정상기 제4공정의 무기항균제 1ℓ를 물 200ℓ에 혼합한 다음,제6공정상기 제5공정의 희석된 항균제를 항균하고자 하는 직물을 침적시켜 120℃ 건조기를 이용하여 건조시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 항균제를 직물에 침적방법.
