Claims (4)
- 응력분포에 따라 상이한 갯수의 롤러가 전주에 걸쳐 결합되어져 고정설치되는 내륜부와;상기 내륜부에 형성되는 롤러의 궤도부에 결합되어져 회전하게 되는 외륜링과;상기 내륜부와 동일한 센터축으로 하여 결합되며 상기 외륜링과 연결되어 상기 외륜링을 회전시키게 되는 동력전달부;상기 동력전달부의 센터축과 평행하게 이격되어 하측으로 설치되며 전동기구로서 결합되어 상기 동력전달부에 회전력을 발생시키는 원동축;을 포함하여 구성되어 상기 외륜링이 회전되고 휠의 센터보다 하측에 하중점을 형성시킴으로서 상기 휠이 자동적으로 정립되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 구동휠 구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 내륜부는,원판의 가장자리에 전주에 걸쳐 다수의 결합홀과 센터부에 지지베어링이 삽입되는 센터홀 및 상기 원동축의 샤프트가 관통되는 샤프트홀이 구비되는 프레임과;상기 프레임의 각 결합홀에 체결핀과 부싱에 의해 결합되어 상기 외륜링의 궤도부가 되는 롤러;를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 구동휠 구조.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 동력전달부는,상기 프레임의 센터홀에 강제삽입되는 지지베어링과;일측 중앙부에 상기 지지베어링에 삽입되는 회전축이 돌설되는 원형판상의 회전판과;상기 회전판의 회전축에 고정결합되어 상기 원동축의 원동기어와 결합되어 회전되는 종동기어와;상기 회전판의 가장자리에 등간격으로 형성된 다수개의 고정홀에 결합되어 상기 외륜링을 구속시키는 연결부재;를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 구동휠 구조.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 외륜링은,상기 롤러와의 비접촉부에 고무타이어가 형성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 구동휠 구조.
