- 삭제
- 고속 주사형 다채널 다중광 분광 광도계에 있어서,자외선-가시광선-근적외선 영역의 넓은 파장범위를 가지는 광원으로 부터 나오는 입사광을 안내하고 입사광에서 소정의 신호를 검출하는 광센서(16),(19)를 설치한 사각구멍의 연결구(17),(21)를 형성하되 이 연결구(17),(21)를 제외한 나머지는 산란광을 제거하기 위한 필터부(38),(39)로 이루어지는 산란광 차단기(15)와, 양면에 상기 입사광을 분광시키기 위한 회절발(18)과, 이 회절발(18)의 회전을 위하여 설치되며 소정의 회전각 제어를 위한 회전센서(22)를 구비하고, 원형의 통을 이등분하고 그 사이에 상기 회절발(18)을 내장하며, 하단부에서 소정의 프로그램에 따라 회전되게 하는 원통형의 회전식 분광기(20);상기 회전센서(22)를 통하여 회절발(18)의 회전각을 제어하면서 상기 회전식 분광기(20)를 회전,제어하는 모터장치(25);및기준시료(13)와 분석시료(14)의 각 파장에 대한 신호가 상기 광센서(16),(19)에서 검출되어 신호증폭 및 처리장치(23)에 의하여 전기적인 신호로 바뀐 후 신호변환기(24)에서 디지탈 신호로 입력되어 사용자 인터페이스(27)를 통하여 사용자 명령을 받고 측정결과와 작동상태를 디스플레이하는 제어컴퓨터(26)를 포함하는 다기능 분광광도계.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제어컴퓨터(26)에 외부와 통신이 가능하도록 연결하여 기기의 원격작동이 가능하게 하도록 다른 컴퓨터(RS-232 및 USB 방식)을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 다채널 다중광 분광광도계.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 회절발(18), 필터부(38)(39) 및 산란광 차단기(20)는 하나의 몸체에 견고하게 부착하고 회전관성을 크게하기 위하여 하단부 모터와의 연결 회전축에 원형의 추를 삽입한 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 다채널 다중광 분광광도계.
