Claims (1)
- 광섬유와 회전식 분광기를 사용하여 고속 다채널 다중광 분광광도계를 구성함에 있어(1) 원통형의 분광기내에 회전축을 설치하고 회전축의 양면에 회절발을 부착시켜 회전시 원통에 고정된 다수의 입사광을 파장에 따라 원통쪽으로 분광시키는 단계.(2) 넓은 파장범위의 분광 스펙트럼을 측정하기 위하여 회전축에 각각 다른 파장영역의 빛을 분광 시킬 수 있는 다수의 이종 회절발를 부착하고 동수의 검출기로부터 각각 다른 파장영역의 분광 스펙트럼을 얻는 방법.(3) 원통형의 분광기내에 설치된 회전측에 부착된 회절발에 의하여 분광된 빛을 필요한 파장범위만을 선택적으로 측정하고 산란광을 제거하기 위하여 원통형 입사광과 반사광의 통로에 직사각형의 구멍이 뚫린 별도의 원통형 산란광 차단 및 필터장치를 설치하여 회전축과 일체로 회전시키는 방법.
