Claims (7)
- 녹차를 에탄올 수용액으로 열수 추출하고, 이를 농축한 다음, 클로로포름으로 추출하여 수득한 수층을 에틸아세테이트로 추출하며, 추출물을 농축시키고, 물에 용해시킨 후, 동결건조시켜서 제조되며, 에피갈로카테킨 갈레이트(C22H18O11: 458.4) 66 내지 89%(w/w), 에피갈로카테킨(C15H14O7: 306.3) 8 내지 27%(w/w) 및 에피카테킨 갈레이트(C22H18O10: 442.5) 3 내지 7%(w/w)를 함유하는 녹차카테킨(Green tea catechins, GTC)을 유효성분으로 하고, 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하는 세포보호제.
- 제 1항에 있어서,정제인 것을 특징으로 하는세포보호제.

- 제 1항에 있어서,연질캅셀제인 것을 특징으로 하는세포보호제.
