Abstract
심장장애, 특히 출혈성심장마비치료용 약제조성물의 제조를 위한 5,6-디이소부티로이록시-2-메틸아미노테트랄린의 사용에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 발명을 심장장애치료용 즉, 심장혈관계 질병치료용 아미노테트랄린 화합물, 특히 출혈성(또는 울혈성)심장마비용(congestive heart failure)약제로서의 5,6-디이소부티로이록시(diisobutyroyloxy)-2-메틸아미노테트랄린(methylaminotetralin)의 사용에 관한 것이다.
물론, 최근 치료방법이 개발되어 있다하나, 출혈성심장마비는 여전히 주요 사망원인의 하나이다.
따라서, 사전징후에 대한 치료는 통상 심장마비에 대한 부하를 줄이고 물리적 기능을 향상시키는 데에 맞추어지고 있다.
최근에 들어, 심장마비(cardiac failure)는 서로 다른 요인들을 포함한 생화학적 그리고 신경체액상의 변화(neurohumoral changes)와 깊은 관계가 있다는 것이 증명되고 있다.
사실상, 심장마비증이 감소되면, 순환계 생체내의 균형을 유지하기 위하여 체내에서 보상기구(compensatory mechanism)가 작동하게 된다.
심장질환에서, 상기 기구의 활성화에 관련된 혈관수축(vasoconstriction)은 말초혈관저항성(peripheral vascular resistance)를 증가시키는 원인을 만든다.
결론적으로 보면, 후부하(after-load)는 이미 약화된 심장에 더욱 긴장을 부여할 수 있는 것으로, 병리학적 방법으로 볼 때 악순환을 앞당기게 한다고 볼 수 있다.
이러한 일반화된 혈관수축은 주로 교감신경계(sympathetic nervous system)의 활성화로 일어나고, 이어 플라즈마 카테콜아민(plasma catecholamines), 특히 아드레날린을 증가시키게 되는데, 이는 심장대상부전(心臟代償不全 : crdiac decompensation)을 일찍 신호로 알리는 것이다.
교감활동의 정도와 질병의 심각도 사이에는 밀접한 관계가 있다. 그리고 노르아드레날린 플라스마적레벨(noradrenalin plasmatic levels)과 사망과의 관계는 보다 직접적인 관계가 있다.
따라서, 출혈성심장질환의 치료는 한쪽으로는 동적혈액인자의 향상에 직접 관련되고, 다른 쪽으로는 신경체액시스템의 약리학적 변화(pharmacological modulation)에 직접적이다.
도파민작용 약제(dopaminergic drugs)는 대부분 심장질환치료용 약제로 자리잡아가고 있는 듯하다.
특히, 도파민은 다른 약물(medicaments)과 달라, 특수한 효능을 갖고 있는데, 이는 부신에서 만들어지는 뇌에 필요한 호르몬으로서의 도파민작용, 그리고 알파아드레날린 감각과 베타아드레날린작용 감각기관(dopaminergic and alpha and beta-adrenergic receptors) 모두를 자극하기 때문이다.
도파민작용감각기관에는 두 가지 형이 있는데, 신장, 장간막(mesenteric),대뇌(cerebral) 및 관상혈관(coronary)역에서 혈관확장을 중개하는 맥관계(DA1감각기)의 부드러운 근육상에 위치하는 것과, 구 신경절의 교감신경단부(post-ganglionic sympathetic nerve)로부터 혈용기(blood vessels)와 심장으로 노르아드레날린의 유출을 억제하는 것의 두 가지가 있다.
심장질환의 치료에 있어 도파민의 유용성은 그러나 구강으로 잘 이용 안 되어 제한적이다. 이와 비슷하게, 도부타민(dobutamine)은, 도파민의 합성동족체 또는 상사체(synthetic analogue)로서 정맥에만 이용된다.
아미노테트랄린 화합물(aminotetralin compound)은 약제로서는 어떤 용도로든 사용하기 위해 도파민구조 동족체로서 장기간 연구되어 왔다.
그러나, 이들 화합물을 치료제로 사용할 수 있도록 한 예는 지금껏 없었다.
종래의 경우, 조세프 지 ·캐논명의로 된 미국특허 제 4,134,997 호에 관상혈관확장제(coronary vasodilator)로서 개시된 바 있는 5, 6-디하이드록시-2-메틸아미노테트랄린 취화수소산의 부가염(hydrobromide)이 있을 정도이다. 캐논은 개에게 분당 약 10μg/kg (8.5-13.9 범위)의 속도로 연속적으로 화합물을 정맥주사하여 관상동맥혈류량을 실질적으로 증가시켰다.
5, 6-디이소부테로이록시-2-메틸아미노테트랄린, 즉, 이후부터 "CHF1035"라 부르려는 이 약제는 영국특허 제 2123410 호로 개시되어 있는데, 아드레날린 감각기상의 활동 때문에 잠재적인 기관지축소 방지제로서 아미노테트랄린 화합물의 한가지계열로 알려져 있다.
이 5,6-디하이드록시-2-메틸아미노테트랄린(이후 실험적으로 줄여서 CHF1024 라 칭함)과 상기 CHF1035 라 칭하는 약제는 종래 β2아드레날린감각기상에 우선적으로 선택되는 활성을 가진 화합물로서의 특징을 가져왔다.
여기에서, CHF1024 와 CHF1035 가 이미 알려진 β2에 덧붙여 심장질환환자에게 고양되는 교감감수성(sympathetic tone)을 감소로 이끄는 현저한 말초 DA2및 a2신경세포 자극전달부 활성도를 갖고 있는 사실이 놀랍게도 발견되었다.
CHF1024 와 CHF1035 가 심장근육수축을 지배하는 활동은 물론 α2, β2및 DA1/DA2감각기에 영향을 주는 조합으로 인한 혈관확장활성을 가지는 것이 동물실험연구로 증명되었다.
이들은 매우 낮은 1회용 복용량(dose)으로도 구강으로 복용한 것인데도 매우 효과적이었다.
본 발명상의 아미노테트랄린 화합물이 가진 말초적 α2아드레날린 및 말초적 DA2도파민작용은 지금까지 알려진 바 없었다.
그 반면, 힐디치에 이와 드루 지 ·엠이 1981년도 유럽의약져널 제 72권 287-296페이지에서 이미 밝힌 바에 의하면, 5, 6-디하이드록시-2-메틸아미노테트랄린의 화합물은 비장동맥대(splenic artery strips)를 유연하게 해주는 데 있어 도파민감각기작용약제(dopamine receptor agonist)로서는 비활성적이었다.
우리는 CHF1024 와 CHF1035 모두가 도파민작용 감각기상의약리작용(agonistactivity)을 갖고 있다는 점과 전 신경세포적인(presynaptic) DA2에 대하여 선택적이라는 점을 제시, 강조했다.
화합물의 α2아드레날린과 DA2도파민의 효능은 접합테스트로 평가되어 왔다(실시예 1 및 실시예 3). 이는 따로 신경성자극을 받은 쥐의 맥관(실시예 2)에서, 그리고 토끼의 우측직장미골근(rectococcygeus muscle)(실시예 4)에서 실시평가된 것이다.
화합물의 심장혈관효과는 정맥내 및 십이지장내의 처리후(실시예 5) 마취된 쥐의 테스트결과 평가된 것이다.
실시예 1
인간의 혈소판과 쥐의 대뇌피질(rat cerebral cortex)에서 α2아드레날인 감각기관용 CHF1024 와 CHF1035의 친화력(affinity)을 테스트하였다.
길항근(antagonist) [3H] 러월신(rauwolscine)이 그 결합상의 가역성(reversible), 포화성(saturable) 및 특정성으로 인해 감각기용 표시제(marker)로 사용되었다.
CHF1024는 도파민보다 친화력이 높아서, 혈소판(platelets)에서의 그것보다 9배, 대뇌피질에서의 것보다 15배나 높은 것임을 보여주었다. CHF1035 의 친화력은 도파민의 그것과 비슷하였다.
감각기에 대한 CHF1035의 낮은 친화력은 분자의 에스테르화에 달려있는 것으로 추정된다.
IC50= [3H]-라우월씬특정접합의 50% 금지에 필요한 약제의 분자농도로 값이 나타나 있다.
실시예 2
아미노테트랄린 화합물 CHF1024 와 CHF1035 의 α2아드레날린활동은 도파민과 비교하여 따로 신경자극을 준 쥐의 맥관(rat vas deferens)으로 평가하였다.
그 결과는 다음의 표에 나타내었다. 여기에서 IC50값 = 전기적으로 유도된 수축의 50%억제를 가져오는 약제의 분자농도이다.
화합물 CHF1024 와 CHF1035은 도파민의 그것에 비해 약 20-70배 효능을 가진 것으로 판명되었다.
실시예 3
- 주변 DA2도파민홀몬작용(접합테스트) -
말초적 DA2도파민 감각기용 CHF1024의 친화력은 소의 부신피질(bovine adrenal cortex)로 테스트하고 이 시스템의 특정접착기지를 가진 [3H]-(-)설피라이드(sulpiride)의 내부 작용상의 효과를 평가하였다.
도파민은 참고화합물로 이용하였다.
그 결과, IC50(특정접합을 50% 억제하는데 필요한 분자농도)으로 나타낸 것은 다음과 같았다.
DA2감각기관용 CHF1024 의 친화력은 도파민의 그것에 비해 11배 높았다.
실시예 4
-말초적 DA2도파민작용 (비 트로 시험 vi tro test)
말초적 DA2도파민 감각기상의 CHF1024와 CHF1035 의 작용은 전기적으로 자극을 준 토끼의 직장미골근(rabbit rectococcygeus muscle)으로 시험하였다.
이 두 가지 화합물은 전기자극으로 유도된 수축의 도스의존억제(dose-dependent inhibition)를 결정하였고, 도파민보다도 약 3배 이상 효능을 가졌다.
아래의 표에서 IC50값 (전기적으로 인한 수축의 50% 억제를 가져다주는 약제의 몰농도)이 보고되고 있다.
CHF1024, CHF1035 에 의해 생긴 효과는 그리고 도파민은 선택적인 DA2-길항근 돔페리돈(DA2-antagonist domperidone)에 의해 경쟁적으로 반대로 작용했다.
실시예 5
-비보 심장마비효과에서-
숫놈의 알비노쥐(스프래그 다울리, 350∼400g)를 펜토바비탈나트륨(sodium pentobarbital) 60mg/kg 으로 마취시키고, 정맥주사(6mg/h)로 이를 유지하였다. 기관지는 자연적인 호흡을 촉진하기 위해 캐널링(cannulate)하고 체온은 피복콘트롤시스템(하바드, 영국)으로 37℃로 유지하였다.
우쪽 대퇴골동맥(femoral artery)을 동맥혈압측정을 위해 캐널링하고, 좌측경정맥(jugular vein) 또는 십이지장을 약사행정을 위해 캐널링하였다. 평균동맥혈압과 심장맥박을 혈압변환기(pressure transducer)로 연속측정하고, ECG 신호에 의해 중간 게인 증폭기(medium gain amplifier)를 트리거하였다.
약 15분간의 안정기간을 둔 후, CHF1024 (0.23, 0.69 및 2.3㎍/kg/분)를 30분간 정맥주사하고, 심장질환계수를 불연속 후 추가로 30분간 기록하였다.
CHF1035 는 십이지장내부적으로 처리하였다(1 mg/kg) CHF1035에 대한 응답을 선택적β2-아드레노셉터 길항근(adrenoceptor antagonist) ICI 118.551 (0.2mg/kg i.v.)의 유무를 결정하고, 선택적인 DA2-도파민 길항근 돔페리돈 (0.3mg/kg i.v.)이 단독으로 할 것인지 조합하여 존재케 할 것인지를 결정하였다. 길항근은 약사행정전에 10분간 다스렸다.
CHF1024 의 정맥주사는 불연속적으로 주사한 이후에도 평균동맥압의 도스의존감소(dose-dependent reduction)를 가져다주었다.
마취된 쥐에서 평균동맥압상에 화합물의 주사로 생긴 효과는 평균 ±s.e.m 값(기초값으로부터 변화된 값을 나타냄)으로 다음과 같이 보고되었다.

현저한 저혈압증세(marked hypotension)를 보였음에도 불구하고 맥박수는 증가하지 않은 것이 관측되었다.
이와 비슷하게, CHF 1035의 십이지장내부투여는 1 mg/kg에서 맥박에 영향을 미치지 않고도 현저한 혈압강하를 나타내었다.
저혈압응답은 더딘 회복(기본값에서 약 20%감소가 투여후 2시간이 경과했음에도 여전히 계속 되었다)에 따르는 빠르고도 현저한 강하(투여후 약 5분시점에서 기본치로부터 약 45% 감소라는 피-크효과)를 특징적으로 나타내었다.
이 피크효과는 DA2-길항근이 저혈압응답을 현저히 단축하는 동안(기본값은 투여로부터 60분 뒤 완전히 회복되었다) β2-길항근으로 예비처리되어 현저히 감소되었다. 조합된 양 길항근의 투여는 완전히 저혈압응답을 봉쇄했다.
화합물이 1회분 복용량으로도 활성적이어서 캐논에 의해 기재된 효과보다도 상당히 낮아져 있고, 또한 β2-아드레날린 및 DA2-도파민 감각기는 저혈압활동에 관련되어 있음을 보여주었다.
특히 DA2자극은 화합물의 장기간활동유지에 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 보인다.
혈기능계수(hemodynamic parameter)상에 그리고 신경체액패턴(neuro humoral pattern)상의 양쪽에 미치는 화합물의 효과를 조사하기 위하여, 위약(placebo)에 대한 랜덤이 중맹검법 연구를 18명의 심장마비환자(클래스NYHA II-III)에게 실시하였다.
각 환자에게는 3일간 연속적으로 CHF1035의 2회의 활성적인 1회분 복용량(dose)과 위약 1회분을 주었다.
다음은 평가한 혈기능계수이다.
- 폐모세관 쐐기압(pulmonary capillary wedge pressure) (PCWP) (mmHg) ;
- 심지수(cardiac index)(CI)(L/min/㎡) ;
- 스트로크 체적지수(stroke volume index)(SVI)(ml/min/㎡) ;
- 시스템의 혈관저항(systemic vascular resistance)(SVR)(dyneseccm-5) ;
- 맥박수(heart rate)(HR)(bpm) ;
- 평균혈압(mean blood pressure)(BPm)(mmHg)
상기 평가항목은 우측심장(스완-간츠카테터)의 카테터화(catheterization)에 의해 평가되었다. 이는 투여전 또는 복용전("pre-dose" : PD) 시험약제의 혈기능계수, 그리고 투여후 또는 복용후("after-dose" : AD) 연속 300분으로 한 시험약제의 혈기능계수, 처음 2시간 동안 20분마다, 다음 매 60분마다 투여한 때의 시험약제의 혈기능계수를 측정하면서 평가한 것이다.
신경홀몬, 노르아드레날린(NE)(pg/ml)과 아드레날린(E)(pg/ml)에 대한 화합물의 효과를 평가하기 위하여, 플라즈마적 레벨(plasmatic level)을 CHF 1035와 위약(placebo)을 투여한 후 그전 및 140분후의 것으로 추가적으로 각기 측정 평가하였다.
3회분 복용에 이르렀을 때, CHF1035의 투여는 다음 표에 나타낸 혈기능 및신경체액계수(neurohumoral parameters)상의 변화를 끌어내었다.
이와는 반대로, 위약의 투여는 동일계수상에 무변화를 가져왔다. 그 결과는 연구에서 사용된 여러 회의 복용량에서, CHF1035가 혈기능계수(hemodynamic parameters)상에 현저한 향상을 가져오고, 특히 바람직한 약리학적인 면에서의 특징을 가지고 있음이 증명되었다.
한편, 말초혈관 저항의 복용량에 관련된 감소가 관측되는 동안(3회분 복용으로 각각 -15.4% 와 -27.0%, 및 -35.2%) 오로지 맥박수의 상대적 증가만이 일어났을 뿐, 이는 외과적으로 그리 중요한 것이 아니었다.
말초혈관저항의 감소를 나타내는 이 심실(ventricular)에서의 후부하(after-load)의 감소는, 심지수상의 현저한 증가를 가져온다.
더욱이, 폐 모세관쐐기압의 현저한 감소는 특기할만한 것이다. 이는 곧 약제가 또한 좌측 심실의 전부하(pre-load)의 연속적인 감소로 정맥의 혈관확장을 가져온다는 뜻이다.
따라서, CHF1035의 일반적인 혈기능 효과는 동맥과 정맥 양쪽 모두 약제의 말초혈관확장 기능에 기인할 수 있다.
이러한 말초감각기관상의 명백한 활동은 신경체액의 과혈장반응(hyper-reactivity)을 가져올 수 있고, 이와 더불어 그 결과 노르아드레날린과 아드레날린 플라스마적 레벨(plasmatic level)로 증가가능하다. 그러나 이는 병리학적면에서는 바람직스럽지 못한 반응이다.
그 반면, CHF1035는 카테콜라민 플라스마적 레벨의 반사적 증가를 가져오지 않고도 전신혈관확장을 가져올 수 있다.
화합물의 혈관확장활동은 그 감각기의 활동으로부터 발생되고, 특히 전 시냅스적인 DA2과 α2감각기(pre-synaptic DA2and α2receptors)상의 활동으로부터 발생되고, 그 자극은 잘 알려진 바와 같이 카테콜라민 방출을 억제할 수 있게 한다.
전술한 바와 같이, 출혈성심장마비는 사망의 가장 흔한 원인의 하나이고, 산업화된 나라에서 더욱 그러하며, 심장외과 실무상 가장 흔히 부딪치는 증후군의 하나로서, 미국에서만도 약 400만명, 유럽에서도 약 1400만명이 영향을 받고 있는 질병의 하나이다.
현재의 약리학적 조건의 처리는 이뇨제(diuretics), 변환효소(ACE) 억제제와 디기탈리스(digitalis)와를 포함한다.
심장마비 환자의 약리학적 처리가 심장마비를 최적이하로 그리고 보다 효과적으로 되게 하고 합병증을 방지하므로써 질병율과 사망율을 감소시키는데 필요하다는 점에 대해 전문가들 사이에는 강한 인상이 있다.
CHF1035가 외과적 조건을 향상시키고 심장마비를 일으킨 환자들에게 치료능력을 향상시키는 것을 보아왔는데, 이는 부가적료법에서 이뇨제, 또는 이뇨제와 ACE-억제제 또는 이뇨제와 디기탈리스와 같이 하는 치료법으로 이용될 때 그러하다.
약리학적 효과가 약제의 검출 가능한 혈청레벨(detectable serum levels) 보다도 장기간 지속한다는 것 또한 나타내었다. 이들 효과의 시간코스(time course)는 인체에서의 약제의 활동에 독립적이다.
CHF1035의 효과는 첨가치료제로서 가벼운 고혈압증으로 인하거나, 관상맥 질병(coronary disease) 이거나, 또는 만성심근증(chronic cardiomyopathy) 등으로 인한 NYHA 급 II-III 출혈성심장마비(congestive heart failure)로 고통을 겪는 환자들에서 평가를 받았다. 이들 환자들은 이뇨제 또는 이뇨제와 엔지오텐신-전환효소억제제(angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor)를 복용한 사람들이다.
모집된 환자는 약제의 서로 다른 3가지 복용량 연구(5mg, 10mg, 15mg) 또는 위약으로 드문드문 첨가된 이중맹검처리되었다. (added double-blind treatment)
이 연구용 치료는 하루 동안 환자들에 의해 시작되고 28일간 진행되었다.
다음의 계수들은 환자의 외과조건을 결정하는데 고려할 사항이다.
- 폐동맥 출혈(pulmonary congestion) ;
- 전신 충혈(systemic congestion) ;
- 중앙 혈액 동태(central hemodynamics) ;
- 국부적 혈류(regional blood flow)
처리에 대한 기능적 응답은 6분간 걸음테스트와 130m 걸음테스트 등의 테스트로 평가된다.
CHF1035는 위약에 비하여 환자의 기능적 및 외과적 조건을 향상시켰다.
이러한 향상은 NYHA 기능클래스(functional class), 주의력, 폐동맥 및 전신 충혈의 징후와 신호, 중앙혈액동태변화, 그리고 감소된 국부 기관 혈류의 조건상으로 본 표면적인 향상이다.
외과적 조건의 평가에 있어, 60이상의 징후 또는 신호가 평가되었다.
통계적으로 하기 위해, 적용 가능한 신호와 징후의 횟수가 출혈심장마비의 병 ·생리적 중요성을 가진 외과적 화합물의 기록(compound scoring : CCSS)을 위하여 집계되었다.
3개의 CCSS가 특정징후와 신호용스코어를 가하므로써 평가되었다 : 각 징후와 신호는 오로지 하나의 CCS용으로만 사용되었다. 중앙혈액동태(CH, 0-17), 폐동맥충혈(PC, 0-26), 그리고 전신충혈(SC, 0-8) CCS는 NYHA 기능클래스(P=0.013 : p=0.001 : P=0.001)와 CHF1035 첨가치료전에, 관련을 맺었고, 또한 이들은 첨가치료후에는 적극적으로 관련을 맺었다. (P=0.001 : P=0.022 : P<0.001)
폐동맥출혈(pulmonary congestion) CCS는 130-m 평균걸음속도 (P = 0.002/P = 0.035)와도 관련이 있고, 또한 왼쪽 심실수축 단부-확장기 (ventricle end-diastolic)(P=0.026/P=0.019)와 단부-수축내부칫수 전/후 CHF1035 첨가치료제와도 관련이 있다.
폐동맥충혈은 폐동맥심장마비에서의 기능상태의 가장 중요한 결정요소로 나타났고 또한 CHF1035 첨가치료제에 대해 가장 민감한 CGS 였다.
더우기, 약리학적인 그리고 임상약리학적 연구는 CHF1035 가 나트륨뇨배설항진(natriuresis)과 칼륨배설항진(kaliuresis)에 영향을 주지 않고도 이뇨(diuresis)를 증가시키는 사실을 보여주었다.
CHF1035 는 CHF1024로 불리우는 5, 6-디하이드록시-2-메틸아미노테트랄린의 디이소부티로일에스테르(diisobutyroyl ester)이다.
투여후 즉시, CHF1035는 플라즈마와 세포조직(tissue esterases)에 의해 약리학적으로 활성을 가진 형태로 변화된다. 물론 본 발명범위 내에 포함됨은 물론이다.
이들 바람직한 특징에 따라, CHF1035는 심장장애 특히 출혈심장마비치료용 약제성 분제조에 예비약제(pro-drug)로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
활성성분의 일일복용량은 1∼100mg으로 가변가능하며 가급적 2.5∼20mg 의 범위내로 하는 것이 바람직하다.
투여는 어떤 루트를 통하든 좋으며 구강으로 통상 투여한다.
구강투여시에는, 화합물을 고체형 또는 액체형약제로 하고, 통상 정제(알약)로 한다. 이 경우 약제기술상 사용하는 첨가제와 부형제(excipients)를 이용하기도 한다.
본 발명상의 화합물의 투여방법상 특별히 특징적인 것은 점착마트릭스로 되는 시스템으로서 활성적인 성분의 적정농도를 갖는 스킨에 이용케 하고 점차 풀려서 혈액순환계에 들어가게 되도록 한다는 점이다.
Claims (5)
- 심장장애, 특히 출혈성심장마비(congestive heart failure)용 치료제로서의 약리학적 성분으로 제조되는, 5, 6-디이소부티로이록시-2-메틸아미노테트랄린(5,6-diisobutyroyloxy-2-methylaminotetralin) 또는 이에 따른 제약상 허용가능한 염(pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof)의 사용을 위한 약제조성물(pharmaceutical compositions)
- 심장장애, 특히 출혈성심장마비(congestive heart failure)에 사용되는 약제조성물로서, 5, 6-디이소부티로이록시-2-메틸아미노테트랄린, 또는 그 제약상 허용가능한 염을 포함하고 적절한 부형제(excipients)로 결합하도록 한 약제조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 심기능부전 치료용 약제인 5, 6-디이소부티로이록시-2-메틸아미노테트랄린 화합물의 일일 복용량은 1∼100mg의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 심기능부전(cardiac heart failure) 치료용 화합물은 그 중에서도 2.5∼20mg/일의 량으로 투여되도록 한 약제조성물.
- 심장장애, 특히, 출혈성심장마비 치료용 약제조성물의 제조에 있어 5, 6-디이소부티로이록시-2-메틸아미노테트랄린의 활성대사산물(metabolite)로서의 5, 5-디하이드록시-2-메틸아미노테트랄린 또는 그 제약상 허용가능한 염의 사용방법.
