Claims (6)
- 유압펌프(1)와, 상기 유압펌프로부터 토출되는 압유에 의해 구동되는 선회모터를 포함하는 복수의 액추에이터(2-6)와, 상기 유압펌프로부터 상기 복수의 액추에이터에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 각각 제어하는 복수의 방향전환밸브(7-11)와, 상기 복수의 방향전환밸브의 전후(前後) 차압을 각각 제어하는 복수의 압력보상밸브(12-16; 12A-16)와, 상기 유압펌프의 토출압력이 상기 복수의 액추에이터의 최고 부하압보다 소정치만큼 높아지도록 펌프토출유량을 제어하는 로드센싱(load sensing)제어의 펌프제어수단(18)을 구비하는 유압구동장치에 있어서,상기 복수의 압력보상밸브(12-16; 12A-16)의 각각에 배치되고, 상기 유압펌프(1)의 토출압력과 상기 복수의 액추에이터(2-6)의 최고 부하압과의 차압(差壓)을 목표보상차압으로서 설정하는 목표보상차압 설정수단(77, 13c-16c; 82, 13c-16c)과,상기 복수의 압력보상밸브(12-16; 12A-16) 중, 상기 선회모터(2)에 관한 선회섹션의 압력보상밸브(12; 12A)에 배치되고, 상기 선회모터의 부하압이 상승하면, 상기 목표보상차압 설정수단에 의해 설정된 선회섹션의 압력보상밸브의 목표보상차압을 작게 하여, 상기 선회모터의 마력일정제어(馬力一定制御)를 모의(模擬)한 유량 특성이 얻어지도록, 상기 선회섹션의 압력보상밸브에 부하의존 특성을 갖게 하는 목표보상차압 보정수단(75, 76; 83, 85-88)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마력일정제어를 모의한 유량 특성은 상기 선회모터(2)의 기동(起動) 직후의 부하압에서 얻어지는 유량이 선회모터의 정상(定常)상태에서의 출력마력과 동등한 마력을 부여하는 유량에 동일하게 되는 특성인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마력일정제어를 모의한 유량 특성은 상기 선회모터(2)의 기동 직후의 부하압에서 얻어지는 유량이 선회모터의 정상상태에서의 출력마력과 동등한 마력을 부여하는 유량을 기준으로 하는 주어진 범위 내의 유량과 동일하게 되는 특성인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 마력일정제어를 모의한 유량 특성은 정상상태의 부하압과 기동 직후의 부하압의 중간 부하압에서 얻어지는 유량이 선회모터의 정상상태에서의 출력마력과 동등한 마력을 부여하는 유량보다도 작아지지 않는 특성인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 선회섹션의 압력보상밸브(12)는 동일 선회섹션의 방향전환밸브의 입력측 압력과 출력측 압력이 신호압으로서 작용하는 신호압 수압실(75, 76)을 가지고, 상기 목표보상차압 보정수단은 상기 선회섹션의 압력보상밸브의 신호압 수압실(75, 76)에 면적차를 형성하고, 그 수압면적비를 상기 유량 특성이 얻어지도록 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 목표보상차압 보정수단은 상기 선회모터(2)의 부하압을 검출하는 수단(87)과, 미리 설정된 마력일정제어 특성에 따라, 상기 검출된 부하압에 대응하는 목표유량을 계산하고, 대응하는 제어신호를 출력하는 컨트롤러(86)와, 상기 제어신호에 의해 작동되어, 상기 목표유량이 얻어지도록 상기 선회섹션의 압력보상밸브(12A)의 목표보상차압을 보정하는 수단(83, 85)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동장치.
