Claims (3)
- 용융로의 노정에서 석탄과 환원철을 장입하고, 풍구로 산소를 취입하여 환원철을 용선으로 제조하는 용융로 조업방법에 있어서,용선관리온도를 사전에 설정하는 단계;상기 풍구로 상기 산소와 일정량의 수분을 함께 취입하여 조업하면서 출선되는 용선의 온도를 측정하는 단계;측정된 용선온도가 상기 용선관리온도를 만족하도록 상기 수분취입량을 조정하는 로열조정단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 용융로의 로열관리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일정량의 수분은 10-50g/Nm3임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측정된 용선온도와 용선관리온도의 차이가 ±30℃이상의 경우에는 석탄장입량의 조정에 의한 로열 대폭조정단계가 추가됨을 특징으로 하는 로열관리방법.
