Claims (8)
- 상하 기판 사이에 액정층을 사이에 두고, 상하 기판의 적어도 한쪽의 대향면측에 소정 방향으로 연장되는 복수의 스트라이프 형상 투명전극을 형성하고, 상기 하기판의 대향면측 또는 외측에 반사체를 설치하고, 상기 반사체가 일방향으로 배열되어 형성된 다수의 오목부를 가지고 있고, 상기 오목부의 배열방향이 상기 스트라이프 형상 투명전극의 연장 방향에 대해 2.5 내지 40 도의 각도 어긋나 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반사체는 표면의 내면이 구면의 일부를 이루는 다수의 오목부가 겹치도록 연속하여 형성되고, 오목부의 깊이가 0.1 내지 3㎛, 인접하는 오목부의 피치가 5 내지 50㎛ 범위에서 변화하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반사체는 하기판의 액정층측에 설치되고, 상기판 상에 편광판을 배치 형성한 STN 방식 또는 TFT 방식으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 상하 기판 사이에 액정층을 사이에 두고, 상기 상하 기판의 적어도 한쪽의 대향면측에 소정 방향으로 연장되는 복수의 스트라이프 형상 투명전극을 형성하고, 상기 하기판의 대향면측 또는 외측에 반사체를 설치하고, 상기 상하 기판의 임의의대향면측에 컬러필터를 설치하고, 상기 반사체가 일방향으로 배열되어 형성된 다수의 오목부를 가지고 있고, 상기 오목부의 배열방향이 상기 컬러필터의 복수의 착색화소의 정렬방향에 대해 2.5 내지 40 도 어긋나 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 반사체는, 표면의 내면이 구면의 일부를 이루는 다수의 오목부가 겹치도록 연속하여 형성되고, 오목부의 깊이가 0.1 내지 3㎛, 인접하는 오목부의 피치가 5 내지 50㎛ 범위에서 변화하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 반사체는 하기판의 액정층측에 설치되어, 상기 반사체 상에 상기 컬러필터 또는 오버코트층을 차례로 형성하고, 상기 상기판 상에 편광판을 배치 형성한 STN 방식 또는 TFT 방식으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 한쌍의 기판 사이에 액정층을 사이에 두고, 상기 한쌍의 기판의 각 대향면에 소정 간격을 두어 평행하게 복수의 스트라이프 형상 투명전극을 형성하고 또 각 대향하는 스트라이프 형상 투명전극끼리를 직교시켜 형성하고, 상기 기판의 임의의 대향면측 또는 외측에 반사체를 설치하고, 이 반사체가 다수의 오목부를 직교하는 2 방향으로 나열하여 연속 형성되어 있고, 이 다수의 오목부가 늘어서는 상기 2 방향이 상기 직교하는 스트라이프 형상 투명전극의 연장되는 2 방향에 대해 2.5 내지40 도의 각도 어긋나 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
- 한쌍의 기판 사이에 액정층을 사이에 두고, 상기 한쌍의 기판의 각 대향면에 소정 간격을 두어 평행하게 복수의 스트라이프 형상 투명전극을 형성하고 또 각 대향하는 스트라이프 형상 투명전극끼리를 직교시켜 형성하고, 상기 기판의 한쌍의 대향면측 또는 외측에 반사체를 설치하고, 상기 기판의 임의의 대향면측에 컬러필터를 설치하고, 상기 반사체가 다수의 오목부를 직교하는 2 방향으로 나열하여 연속 형성되어 있고, 이 다수의 오목부가 늘어서는 상기 2 방향이 상기 직교하는 스트라이프 형상 투명전극의 연장되는 2 방향에 대해 2.5 내지 40 도 각도 어긋나 있고, 상기 컬리필터의 복수의 착색화소의 2 방향으로의 정렬방향이 상기 직교하는 스트라이프 형상 투명전극의 연장되는 2 방향과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 액정표시장치.
