Claims (1)
- 연료 공급관에 접속 가능한 중공상태의 하우징본체와, 이 하우징본체의 내부에 장착된 중공 원통형의 밸브본체와, 이 밸브본체의 일단에 설치되고 중심에 유체의 분사구를 갖는 밸브좌와, 이 밸브좌에 분리·접촉해서 상기 분사구를 개폐하는 밸브체와, 이 밸브체를 둘러싸고 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 지지하는 동시에, 상기 분사구에 유입하는 연료에 선회를 부여하기 위해 상기 밸브좌와 겹치도록 밸브본체의 내부에 장착된 중공 원통상의 선회체와, 상기 하우징본체내에 설치되어 상기 밸브체가 밸브좌에 대해 분리·접촉하도록 밸브체를 개폐 동작 시키는 솔레노이드장치와, 상기 선회체에 설치되고 상기 밸브본체에 대한 선회체의 위치를 규정하는 다수의 외주면부와 이들의 외주면부간에서 상기 선회체와 밸브본체 사이에 설치되어 연료의 축방향의 유로를 형성하는 종통로와, 상기 밸브체를 둘러싸고 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 지지하기 위해 선회체에 형성된 중심공과, 이 중심공을 동축상으로 둘러싸도록 상기 선회체의 밸브좌 측면에 설치된 내주환상홈과, 이 내주환상홈과 상기 종통로를 연락하는 동시에 내주환상홈에 접선방향으로부터 접속되도록 상기 선회체에 설치된 선회홈을 구비한 실린더내 연료 분사밸브에서, 상기 밸브체의 선회체에 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 지지된 부분의 외경 치수를 D1, 상기 중심공의 내경치수를 D2, 상기 내주환상홈의 외경치수를 D3으로 했을때 2×(D2 - D1) < D3 - D1이 되는 치수관계를 갖고, 또 상기 밸브체의 폐밸브중에서의 밸브좌와 선회체와 밸브체에 의해 둘러싸여지는 공간의 용적과 상기 내주환상홈의 용적과의 합계용적이 0.25mm³이하로 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더내 연료 분사밸브.
